Beachfront vacation rentals in Iloilo

I would describe my stay on North Gigantes island as “full immersion” into local life on a small tropical island. If you are looking for “European style” accommodations, this is probably not a good place for you. But if you want an authentic experience of being together with local family, joining them for meals and conversation, and, most importantly, exploring beautiful islands, you should definitely come here. Jofel manages this guesthouse from Manila, and his local cohosts, Sam and Hemmie, will take care of you. The house is right in front of the ocean and on a small beach. But for a very small fee, you can also hire local boatsmen and go around for “island hoping,” checking out other beaches/lagoons/islands. North Gigantes has an abundance of seafood, and Hemmie can prepare for you excellent home style meals. And I also recommend to talk with her about local life: Hemmie is a teacher in a local school and can tell you many interesting stories. Bottom line: BIG THANKS for my stay.

I really lovely the time i was there, also for the welcoming i recive was really friendly, the food was really graet with the cach of the day, they was a relly kinde people, the room was confy in front of of the see, for thet was ventilated in the evening. they also recommended me a guy for the tour around the gigante's islands, and was really perfect and fantastic. it was a chill place for pass my time. this place nead to be discover from the other people.

Everything is good. However, there’s different food choices to choice from everyday… Staffs are all polite and helpful. We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place!

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Ames place is very considerately put together with many little touches that makes it a very nice place to stay. notably, the AC works really well, the TV is really large, has all the latest apps and works really fast, there's also an air fryer in the kitchen so it makes it really easy to cook so you don't have to always eat out. it's located in a building that is right across the street from a really great mall where you have access to all you're going to need when you're staying in bacolod. The building itself is also staffed with very helpful and considerate employees, they even offer you free umbrellas when it's raining and will help get you anywhere you need to in the city. city. I also really enjoy taking the trikes that are parked across the street and you can pretty much go anywhere you want for 20 to 30 pesos. the house is also always available for us. we needed them once and they showed up and the resolve their problems our way. anyway, great spot highly recommend it.

Second time staying at this beautiful house. It makes a great three day weekend break from Manila. Beach is gorgeous and house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Can’t really explain the beauty of this home because you need to experience it yourself. Breath taking views, fresh air, a SUNRISE and SUNSET area. Honestly still at an awe with the all the (many) views of this home. Turn your cellphones off after you make your obligatory post and RELAX! All rooms had personal bathroom and AC. I woke up early morning and it felt better sleeping on the porch waiting for the sunrise lol. My wife likes to sleep with the AC on freeze. The host and the caretaker gave us a warm welcome and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home on your vacation in the Philippines!
