Great place to stay. Near the beach and good restaurants, friendly staffs too. We arrived early but they let us stay in their restaurant, you can access the pool while waiting for the check in time. Also near kabsat and flotsam and other iconic places.

The place was quiet and clean even the common area is clean. Perfect for people looking to unwind and rest while staying in Baguio. The host was very accomodating and responsive. The place is a bit far from the main road so plan your trip when going to the city. If you decide to stay in your room or the common area, there's a kitchen and a mini grocery at the ground floor and restaurants and food stalls too. If you decide to go out, there's a jeepney terminal nearby and a convenience store. Definitely had a wonderful time at their place.

It was such a good short stay in Vigan because of the goodness of our host too. From the coordination with the owner to assistance of the caretaker, Buendalin's properties are highly recommended if you wish to experience commendable and consistent service :) Great job! Thanks a lot! :)

The host is responsive and her caretakers are all accommodating! The place is so clean, I love the ambiance especially at night! We'll definitely book this place again next year!

Decent place to stay for its price. Love the proximity to Camp John Hay which is a place I love. Given that Baguio City proper (SM-Burnham-Wet Market) is so crowded already, walking around the cold woods of Camp John Hay is very pleasing and to think this place is very near CMJ is really great. Some downside would be weak water pressure which slows down the refilling of the toilet tank and relatively thin walls because my wife woke up in the middle of the night when some guests checked in late and starting talking insensitively. The hosts make sure to remind the guests to be quiet but I guess some guests are just inconsiderate. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there. We will come back. If you need an affordable place to stay near CMJ, have a good resting view in your accommodation, then this place is a good value for your money!

this is the 4th na akyat namin sa baguio, masasabi ko na ito na yung pinaka BEST na place if mag stay kayo sa baguio, sobrang bait ng host, kudos to Ms.Alta - sobrang bait,friendly, ma asikaso at masarap ka kwentuhan, incase na bumalik kami dito pa din kami mag stay! -sobrang ganda ng VIEW lalo sa gabi. worth it ang bayad nyo., im sure pag na experience nyo dito babalik at babalik kayo.

Napaka responsive ng host. Medyo mahirap hanapin for first timers. Ok naman ang location, malapit sa Camp John Hay "para sa mga masipag maglakad" hehe. Nearest bank, food outlets and convenient store is in CJH. Location is not that accessible sa public transpo lalo pag alanganing oras, walang trike, very few jeepneys, madalang ang taxi, though Grab Taxi is very helpful for your stay. Flexible ang check in arrangements. wasn't able to meet the owner. pero napaka bait ng caretaker. Thank you Alta for making us feel at home. The view deck is so unwinding and relaxing. Stayed in Room #1. Room is ok, malinis naman. Hindi kinakaya ng heater ang lamig ng tubig. Good thing may dala ako sariling heater so i made it a back up. The water valve for the heater is a bit high. 5'6 ang height ko pero tumitingkayad pa ako para maabot hehe. Only youtube is working sa tv, walang cable. pero pwede mag mirror ng cp to tv. So we used netflix instead. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Had the most serene, hassle-free stay at Angel & Marie’s Place! The place was near all of the go-to spots in San Juan, accessible just by walking. I also would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the hosts for their hospitality, kindness, and understanding. Will definitely book with them again, this time together with friends and family. 🥰 It’s my first time doing a solo trip in La Union, and Angel and Marie’s Place really became my home away from home. 💖

It is our first time to try Airbnb even though I was a member 5 years ago. Julien's place was awesome and relaxing. The warm welcoming of the staff made you feel at home. She was very responsive and hag given us clear instructions. We stayed at the right place and everything went out smoothly as we planned. Worth it for the price as everything is accessible. I hope their room can have aircon soon :)
