The place is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. It truly felt like a home away from home - clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is a separate house from the host’s main home but still within the same property, offering both privacy and convenience. One of the best things about this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we could bring our fury friend along. The pool was also amazing - clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at night, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t disrupt our stay. Parking is available for one car right at the property, but the host kindly arranged a second parking spot within walking distance, which was very helpful. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the host was accommodating and thoughtful. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. The place is fantastic! Our family truly enjoyed our 3D2N stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials—cooking there felt just like home. We especially loved the sustainable setup, with a garden filled with tomatoes, eggplant, rosemary, chili, lemongrass, and papaya. It was both beautiful and inspiring! The owner was kind enough to let us take some rosemary for our steak night, which paired perfectly with the complimentary wine. They also provided camping chairs we could take to the beach to enjoy the sunset—such a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to the owners and to Ms. Jenny for the warm welcome, the tour, and for being so responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean—every corner spotless and truly up to my standards. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to grilling tools and even condiments. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. When we needed extra chairs, they provided them right away. Even the caretaker and guards were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The best part? The beach was just a stone’s throw away! Plus, the house itself was very aesthetic—perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Highly recommend!

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing place, very helpful and responsive staff (thanks, Alan). Comfy bed, clean swimming pool, nice outdoor seating, Tv and Ac work well. Bathroom had basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, towels) and kitchen was functional and equipped so we could cook during our stay. Staff helped with sorting out any issues regarding the induction stove and with ordering drinks from a nearby café at a minimal service/delivery charge. Comfier if you get the whole place, however, if there are other guests then be prepared for adjusting to their noise levels (as expected) as the sound will carry into your room. Host and staff were very responsive at implementing noise/pool hours when we were woken up before 7 am by other guests, which we highly appreciated.

Tanya’s place was peaceful and refreshing. It’s a good place for families who want private quiet time. It’s also near the tourist destinations. As amenities go, they have all the necessities, as declared in the listing.

The home is large and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms was equipped with its own air-conditioner and there were 2 tower fans in the living room area. A rare amenity was the rather large refrigerator instead of the more typical mini refrigerator. The home also had a regular full-size 4 burner stove with oven which was a nice bonus. The large yard that surrounds the house is fenced with 2 locked entry gates; one small gate for people and a large gate for cars or etc. The large yard is filled with various fruit trees and many flowering plants and etc which are maintained by the homes caretaker. The ocean and beaches are close by with the popular surfing community of San Juan, La Union, a relatively short trip to the South. Also, be sure to keep food crumbs and spills wiped up to avoid feeding the ants which seem to love life in the warm tropical Philippines. The hosts and caretakers of the home were all very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It's clean and spacious and is exactly as shown in their listing. The host was very responsive to our messages as well. As a fur mom, I appreciate how her place is pet friendly, my big baby had a great time too. Location is ideal as it's only a few minutes walk from the beach and all the cute cafés. Overall, would definitely recommend Margaret's place to my friends and relatives :)

If this property is available for your Baguio trip, look no further and book it! Let me give you 5 good reasons: 1. This house is classy and elegant. Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

The place is conveniently located near Baluarte Zoo and Calle Crisologo. It was clean and well-maintained. Although the air conditioning wasn’t very strong, fans were provided in each room for added comfort. The owner was very accommodating and assisted us throughout our entire stay.

Yes, this place is truly pet-friendly, our furry friends had a blast running around the open space. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The beach is just a short walk away like having the ocean right in your backyard, and it’s wonderfully peaceful and uncrowded. If you’re looking for more activity, San Juan beach and the nightlife scene are also within easy reach. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or enjoy a livelier atmosphere, this place offers the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

I had a great time at this home. Gian is very fast at responding with any of my queries which was a massive help. The home was extremely clean and welcoming as soon as you step through the door. This is ideal for someone who wants to be 10-15 minutes drive away from Baguio centre without having to deal with the traffic. I didn’t have a car but there were plenty of taxis and jeepney waiting at the subdivision gate every time I wanted to go into Baguio centre. Overall a great experience!

We really loved staying at Jennifer's place. The place was very spacious, comfortable and has amazing views of the sunset as well as the surrounding landscape. Check in and Check out were very easy. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Urdaneta!

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

We had a fantastic stay at Fraser Pine! The house is super clean, bright, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt premium—from the appliances down to the comfy beds. We especially loved the attic-turned-media room—it became our cozy movie HQ for the trip. Our group of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 happy dogs fit comfortably. The master bedroom view is a total wow, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for peaceful morning walks with our dogs. Also, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get—no surprises, just a beautiful, well-kept home. Highly recommended!

Staying at this place is comfortable, spacious, is free from busy road noises and the host is very accommodating. It is one of the best Airbnb we've stayed in Baguio. One thing that we like is it's interesting interior and exterior design.
