Family-friendly vacation rentals in Illats

Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights here and we had the most incredible stay. It is rare to book a unit where there are no bad bedrooms, but all 5 bedrooms in this unit were perfection! Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and full private bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen and living room spaces were equally as great, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! We also loved the location right next to the park and walking distance from all the city's main attractions.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

The house was in a perfect location, it was quiet but close to everything. It was clean and well equipped. Marine was super responsive and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Clos Castaing. Kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing on the Dordogne. Cycling and visiting local vineyards and St Emilion. The house is full of character, spacious and a perfect, tranquil base.

We had a fantastic stay at Brigitte’s, better than the photos with 3 great sized en suite bedrooms. Outside space was wonderful and very quiet. Very central with most places walkable but also close to tram route. Brigitte gave us some great advice of restaurants which were fantastic. We’d really recommend this place for anyone considering Bordeaux.

Everything is perfect, the hosting, the cottage (incredible cleanliness, amenities, location, etc.) nothing is missing, everything is at the top level! An enchanting break at the cabin by the pond! We had a great time close to nature. A warm welcome from Sara, with excellent sourdough bread. Access is quick and easy to this cocoon of greenery. The cabin is cozy and full of charm. We were able to enjoy it in the sun, but also snuggle in during a stormy evening, it was great and so cozy, the cabin is very well insulated; but if necessary, the stove was already ready to heat this cozy place (we did not need it.). We felt at home there. There are many nooks and crannies to enjoy this peaceful retreat, observe nature and adopt a peaceful lifestyle. We highly recommend this place and its charming hostess. Thanks for creating this place.

A charming cottage very close to st emilion town and very close to the station. Sophie was very kind to pick us up and really helpful with suggestions on good restaurants and places to visit. She was very responsive to every request. We really enjoyed our time there. Thanks for being a great host Sophie. I highly recommend this place.

Family reunions in this large cottage for 12 people. It offers great value for money because it is very well arranged, very clean and quiet in a very beautiful garden on the ground floor. The owners are on the other side of the cottage, discreet but also know how to help when we ask them. Very nice welcome and welcome gifts very appreciated. We took advantage of Bazas (10 min), La Réole (25 min) and Lake Clarens (25 min) for swimming with the children. We strongly recommend this cottage.

Very good stay at Myriam's, quiet and relaxing place, close to shops and places to visit. Air-conditioned house is nice especially on very hot days. Our Bernese Bouvier dog was happy to be able to frolic. Myriam is very nice. I recommend it.

We had a great stay. The air conditioning and pool was really a plus given the 37 degrees ambient. We only regretted that our host did not offer us a tour of his cellars, we would have been very interested in a wine tasting. Next time without fail because we want to go back.

We spent 4 very pleasant days. The cottage is well located, you can park in front of it. It is in the countryside and the environment is very relaxing. A terrace where we had lunch, a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment and a top bathroom. Excellent bedding and extremely clean! We were very well looked after and if the opportunity presents itself we will come back! We recommend this cottage for people who love nature and tranquility

Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything you needed. The host Karim was very responsive, welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and I would happily stay there again!

This is the second time we have stayed at Loustalet. Need I say more? Extremely comfortable home, everything we needed for a family holiday. Nightingales sang in the woods, buzzards and kites soared above us and we were visited by hares and deer in the garden. The house is well situated for what we needed in Castillion la Bataille and close enough to enjoy Saint Emilion and Libourne. Our host was extremely attentive and helpful yet respected our privacy and we are surely to return again.

Anne's place was a fantastic place for a weekend away with a large group of friends. The house is spacious, the kitchen very well equipped (including two fridges and a separate freezer) and the facilities for entertainment were excellent. Anne was very welcoming, responsive and relaxed about us staying up late (due to the lack of neighbours around). Would thoroughly recommend!

We had a great time at the Tilleuls' house. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which was nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is nice with dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket upon arrival. Great weekend at Mathieu's, the apartment is clean and very well equipped. The building is quiet, secure and you can park your car there. I highly recommend it!
