The house is identical to the photos, Jhonatan was very attentive and responded quickly. The kids loved the pool area. Very nice and well equipped house. Great for a weekend.

That’s the perfect place for a holiday break! Very close to the beach, the house is cozy, spotless, and has a fully equipped kitchen, along with a lovely barbecue and pool area. Kids, adults, and even our pet had a wonderful time here. Jade, the hostess, was always respectful, kind, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I truly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! Sending good vibes and all our gratitude to Jade and her family!

Excellent stay. The house is wonderful, exactly as it appears in the photos. Super equipped, it had everything a beach house needs, from the kitchen, bedrooms, to the accessories to take to the beach. Atami is an amazing place for those looking for a calm place, clean and quiet beach. And Francisco was very proactive in the messages, always making everything easy. A more than positive highlight for the check-in and check-out times, which allow you to enjoy the place throughout the stay. I highly recommend it

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

Amazing place and host

It was days to rest . The place is very quiet and pleasant. The house was neatly organized and clean . We liked it a lot.

The house is in a very quiet place in Pontal, very close to the beach and with beach chairs, a cart and umbrella available. The heated pool was good to enjoy even on not-so-hot days and was always clean. The bed linens and towels were impeccable and he even left towels to use in the pool. It accommodated all the guests very well and had a wonderful barbecue area to gather everyone, protected from rain and wind. It was wonderful! Very flexible and attentive hosts. Thank you!

André and Flavia's apartment is right on the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and was perfect for resting, the host Flávia was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help. Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

The host, Ana, in addition to being extremely kind and polite, was very helpful during the period we were staying with her. The apartment is very pleasant, as are the condominium's leisure spaces. The location is great and has easy access to Praia Mansa (our favorite). We stayed for a family trip and highly recommend it for this purpose!!!

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Very quiet place, we were with two children and we were not cramped at all. The beach is right in front of the building, and on days when we were looking for a little more action, we stayed on the quieter beach a little further to the side. Entire apartment renovated, building a little older but well divided. One of the beds has a slightly denser orthopedic mattress that does not match our profile but is ideal for those who like it. Super helpful hosts. I'd go back!
