The views from the apartment were amazing - the best of Rio. Every window had views of Aporador to Ipanema, Leblon, and iconic Dois Irmãos. The Cristo (Corcovado) is even visible from the balcony. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed for a few days. Great access to both Copacabana and Ipanema, since the building is situated just between both beaches. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location, near the beach and the metro station. Safe surroundings and facilities, with 24/7 building security. The apartment is well equipped and decorated with nice local 'art naif' paintings. The apart-hotel has good facilities and cleans frequently. Would return there when staying in Rio again.

First of all, I have to start by saying that Enzo was the best Airbnb host I have ever encountered in my life!!! Always quick to respond, gave me great local recommendations, helped me search for tours, and even approved my request to check out quite late, which was extremely generous and kind. Second, the apartment is great. Comfortable bed with everything you need. Clean and smelled nice. There is a 24/7 very friendly front desk, so I felt safe. Finally, the location is second to none!! You are a 2-minute walk from Copacabana beach, and there are multiple really nice restaurants around the apartment. Thank you so much, Enzo. When I visit Rio again, I will definitely be staying in one of your apartments.

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Rose ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sehr herzlich, bemüht und super vorbereitet ist. Alle notwendigen Informationen teilt sie frühzeitig mit und empfängt einem mit Snacks und Getränken. Das Appartement ist direkt an der Copacabana, wo Restaurants, Supermärkte und das Meer direkt vor Ort sind. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allem notwendigen Zubehör für unbeschwerten Urlaub ausgestattet. Es fehlt an Nichts!

A Maria, como anfitriã, foi excelente em todos os momentos da estadia, e proativa a qualquer momento. O local por foto é lindo, e a vista também, mas pessoalmente é surreal, bem mais. Consegui a estadia que buscava: me sentir num lar, mas em outro lugar, e consegui, já me sentia em casa. Me despedir foi ruim, de tão bom que foi. Gostaria de voltar mais vezes.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

a casa é simples porém com tudo que precisamos para uma boa hospedagem. cama confortável, bom chuveiro, cozinha completa com muitos acessórios. ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. ótimo wi-fi. enfim recomendo o lugar e voltarei assim que puder. nivaildes é ótima anfitriã sempre solicita e atenciosa.

A secluded safe condominium haven close drive to the beach and all necessities. A stunning garden and tasteful, impeccably up-kept house with best linen I’ve experienced in airbnb. Pool and luscious garden setting was a bliss. Lucia was an amazing host, I am very happy to have spent a week there! Absolutely recommend.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Thank you !

Queríamos agradecer pela estadia! Tudo muito bom! A hidro, o ar condicionado, água quente nas torneiras e o projetor são os pontos altos da casa. Mas temos alguns pontos de melhoria muito importantes que achamos que precisam ser levados em consideração, por exemplo: A segurança precisa ser melhorada, o portão principal da casa é feito de madeira, bem “mixuruca”. Quando chegamos lá havia uma parte aberta, moramos no Rio de Janeiro e sabemos como a violência é grande, por mais que seja um bairro bucólico. Além disso a iluminação da parte externa também deixa a desejar quando a noite chega. Ficaria mais seguro se a sala fosse fechada com vidros e não apenas cortinas. Além disso, tivemos dificuldades com o fogão e forno e não obtivemos respostas. Também encontramos focos de larvas de mosquito da dengue debaixo da pia externa. Um perigo iminente.

BEST HOST!!! We have collectively stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s and Marcos is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Anything you need Marcos is always on top of it. Incredibly kind and helpful guy! His space is amazing: spectacular view, quiet at night (fall asleep to the sound of the ocean), two routers with VERY fast wifi, ample space and comfortable beds. Right outside of the apartment is a walking/biking path that you can take for a short walk or bike to Leblon beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rio!

We were in a group of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay. This airbnb was very close (walking distance) to lots of good restaurants and Leblon's shooping mall and to the beach. The host was super attentive and was always helpful when we needed. The place was clean like the pictures and we would definately book again if we ever come back to Rio. Overall is was an great experience.

O apartamento é exatamente como na descrição, além de estar super limpo, organizado e com todos os utensílios básicos para a estadia (roupa de capa, de banho, utensílios de cozinha, etc - todos de boa qualidade e limpos). Adriana foi super solícita durante todo o tempo, respondendo às nossas dúvidas e sendo flexível no nosso check-out. Tivemos um pequeno problema com um vazamento (coisa normal, e que não afetou em nada nossa experiência positiva) e ela nos ajudou com prontidão. Recomendo muito o apartamento e a host, e espero poder voltar outras vezes.

A hospedagem foi muito prazerosa, organizada e segura. O lugar fica muito próximo ao Rio-Centro, o que facilita muito a vida de quem vai participar de algum evento no local. Além disso, a infraestrutura oferece facilidade e conforto para estadias rápidas e com compromissos externos. Além disso tudo, Elcio é extremamente rápido e eficiente na comunicação. Muito satisfeita!

El lugar es pequeño pero acogedor con todas las comodidades posibles para poder cocinar, bañar y dormir, a pesar de quedar en lugar concurrido no se escucha nada de afuera, los conserjes super atentos a nuestras llegadas y salidas y muy buena onda. Esta ubicado en lugar super central a 10 min del metro cinelandia caminando lo que conecta con muchos atractivos turísticos y cerca de muchos lugares atractivos como la escalera de selaron y los arcos de lapa a pie, además de los bares de lapa a menos de 1 cuadra, los uber llegan y dejan sin problemas y hay panadería 24 hrs, farmacias y verdulerias muy cerca. Nos encanto el lugar y recomiendo 100% la estadía en el. Luiz siempre atento a nuestras preguntas.

Ficamos encantados com a estrutura do condomínio e com o apartamento! Tudo super organizado, limpo além dos funcionários do condomínio e a Karina prestativos e educados desde o começo, o tempo inteiro nos sentimos em casa. Já indicamos, e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes em breve :)

O proprietário foi muito receptivo. Sempre estava disponível para responder. O imóvel é ótimo e estava numa localizacão perfeita. Alugaria novamente caso for para o rio.

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.
