Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Our house, built in 1928, went through a lot of work in 2020. We have created a two-room apartment for you with access to our lovely garden. The accommodation can also be used as a place to work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment).
