We had a great time at this little place that has everything a big one has! Cleanliness, comfort and of course a perfect setting for our stay as a couple. We were able to enjoy the walkable beach and terrace, it was perfect. Audrey, co-host, was responsive when we needed it, thank you so much. The sofa bed was really great, it was my only concern and I wasn't disappointed. We'll probably come back if we come back to the area and we'll share the address without any problems. ☺️ Small cocoon highly recommended for your stay on the pink granite coast!

2-night stay... Beautiful sea and beach views! We had a great week in early May with the sun as a bonus! The location is nice, 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min to the center of Perros and above all, exceptional views of the sea, the 7 islands and Trestignel beach. Binoculars highly recommended! The studio is very well furnished, tastefully, it has everything you need for 2. The large terrace is a plus, and we were able to have breakfast outside in the morning; too bad in the shade in the afternoon and at the end of the day, we were not brave enough to settle there and enjoy the garden furniture at this time of the year. Thanks to Benoît for the communication at the time of booking and the good recommendations!

We stayed in Fred and Christelle's vacation home for almost 2 weeks and immediately felt completely comfortable. The house is very lovingly decorated and nothing was missing. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable, in the kitchen everything was available (even the food that was available in the cupboard could be used - and a surprise was also there to welcome us)! The beach is a few minutes' walk away and shopping is quite quickly accessible by car or by bicycle, which you were allowed to use. This place can definitely be recommended. Fred and Christelle respond quickly to requests and are extremely friendly ! We will be happy to come back.

Super house in a great location. Very clean and well decorated. Geraldine was super friendly and nice. From the house, you can hike directly on the Zöllnerpfad through the pink granite rocks. We can recommend it without hesitation and would definitely come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

The place is exactly as described! Location awesome and practical (you can walk to the beach, but also to the village)! The highlight is the heated indoor pool, we almost couldn't get our 3 boys out of there. the place is highly recommended, we will definitely go back there.

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located across from the sea. The owner was kind upon arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the terraces very nice, modern and well-equipped apartment. The basement for the car is also a nice plus. Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. The highlight for us was that he accepted dogs, so we were able to spend our vacation with our Australian shepherd. A big thank you.

Emilie's place is in a fantastic location...just above a bay, with morning sun for breakfast on the terrace. We would have liked to have stayed a little longer.
