Tram stop 50 m direct link to city center in two stations Bicloo, bike rental station, opposite the barge on the same dock, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, groceries, pharmacy, exhibition galleries within a radius of 150 m.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Welcome to my lovely apartment! I live in a quiet apartment by the Erdre, very close to the city center and Talensac market. It consists of a large bright living room, with a terrace, overlooking the side of the Erdre. The room is spacious and quiet. The apartment is located next to the Japanese garden of the Île de Versailles, a few very nice bars, the St Mihiel tram stop, a bakery and a grocery store. You can do anything on foot.

Our refurbished studio is ideally located at the foot of the Cathedral to visit Nantes. You will appreciate its calm, comfort and breathtaking views of the city's rooftops and bell towers. You are close to the Château, as well as the Bords de l'Erdre, and the city center and places of interest, such as the Museum of Fine Arts or the Jardin des Plantes. This apartment, renovated by us, is ideal for short stays and discovering all the attractions of Nantes. It is located in the city center, in the popular district of Saint Félix, close to the Talensac market, the banks of the Erdre and the hyper-center. All transport (bus and tram) and shops (bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets) are close by. We provide linens as well as basic groceries.
