Welcome to my lovely apartment! I live in a quiet apartment by the Erdre, very close to the city center and Talensac market. It consists of a large bright living room, with a terrace, overlooking the side of the Erdre. The room is spacious and quiet. The apartment is located next to the Japanese garden of the Île de Versailles, a few very nice bars, the St Mihiel tram stop, a bakery and a grocery store. You can do anything on foot.

Our refurbished studio is ideally located at the foot of the Cathedral to visit Nantes. You will appreciate its calm, comfort and breathtaking views of the city's rooftops and bell towers. You are close to the Château, as well as the Bords de l'Erdre, and the city center and places of interest, such as the Museum of Fine Arts or the Jardin des Plantes.
