La kitchenette est équipée de plaque de cuisson, d’un réfrigérateur, d’un micro-ondes, d’une bouilloire et d’une machine à café.

Welcome to this studio renovated in 2022. Ideally located in Talensac, you will enjoy the nearby market. You will have quick access to transport, and thus enjoy the charm of the city center. Located a 15-minute walk from the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and 5 minutes from the banks of the Erdre (Île de Versailles). The studio includes a kitchen area, a bathroom, a sleeping area with a real bed, and a living area. Check-in from 4pm Checkout is no later than 11 a.m.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Welcome to my lovely apartment! I live in a quiet apartment by the Erdre, very close to the city center and Talensac market. It consists of a large bright living room, with a terrace, overlooking the side of the Erdre. The room is spacious and quiet. The apartment is located next to the Japanese garden of the Île de Versailles, a few very nice bars, the St Mihiel tram stop, a bakery and a grocery store. You can do anything on foot.

Our studio, refurbished, is ideally located at the foot of the Cathedral to visit Nantes. You will appreciate its calm, comfort and breathtaking views of the rooftops and steeples of the city.
