This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

Unique place in an excellent location. Full of character and interest and right in the center of things. Walk to Pompidou, Notre Dame and lots of other places. Around the corner from multiple vintage shops & art and design stores. The apartment is a big space so perfect as well if you want to curl up on the divan with a book and glass of wine.

David’s place was one of if not the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. It is true Paris filled with romance, character, and history - the terraces are spectacular, the decor is gorgeous, and everything was clean and felt elevated/nice. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice. Also, David was very communicative and responded right away when I had a question about check in, and he allowed us late checkout with no problem when our flight was cancelled. A true gem - I would 100% book again on my next trip to Paris.

This booking was exactly as described, very clean and spacious with wonderful facilities. It is perfectly situated with views of Notre Dame across the river and an easy walk to the Louvre and many good restaurants and cafes. Esther and Charles are very gracious hosts with lots of little personal touches left for us such as fresh fruit and wine. Would definitely book again if we return to Paris as it’s easily the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

Great apartment, very spacious, cozy and filled with light. A lift was a bonus in Paris! Can’t fault anything, the location is amazing and the hosts very helpful. A very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a fabulous kitchen for those who cook. Would definitely return.
