Independent studio in an architect's house, single-story but not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Bright and comfortable, it has a charming private terrace not overlooked. Ideally located in the heart of the authentic fishing port of Loguivy de la Mer, at the mouth of the Trieux and facing the island of Bréhat, everything is within walking distance: fishmonger, supermarket, bar, restaurant, nautical center. Ouern Beach and the GR34 are 300 meters away. The pier for the island of Bréhat is a 10-minute drive.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

The house has a small living room dining room with sofa and fireplace, an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, stove and dishwasher), a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), and two bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed, 2 single beds)
