Located on the edge of Vélocean, it will be easy to reach the beach of La Baule (2km) or the historic center of Guérande (5km).

Located between GUÉRANDE & LA BAULE, our NEW wooden cottage (Eco-responsible – HQE Standards) of 49 m2 is located in a wooded and secure residential park just 2.5 km from the center and beach of La Baule and its shops (Vélocean bike path accessible from the residence to get there). La Baule train station is a 10-minute walk away. No WIFI access. Private parking in front of the cottage. Indoor heated pool open from May 24 and children's play area.

At the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula, halfway between Sarzeau and Vannes, detached house, in an 18th century property of 4 completely renovated houses, in the middle of a 4.5 hectare park with a fish pond and heated swimming pool (in season). The house is ready to welcome you (sheets and towels provided). To make sure you still have a great stay, we can take care of the end-of-stay cleaning: €60. €10 more if there's a pet.

This house, located on the outskirts of a hamlet, about 10 minutes from the GR 340 (stage between Sauzon and Locmaria), is located in a garden shared with our home. It offers an ideal break for walkers and lovers of nature and calm. The property can accommodate 2 people. Apart from walkers, it is best to have a means of transportation to make the most of your stay, as we are in the countryside.

Domaine de Villeneuve - Dryer

Old grain and tobacco dryer of the 19th century totally renovated (120 m2). An octagonal atypical house for 1 to 8 people, in the middle of an exceptional site (private closed park of 180 hectares at your disposal, into the wild). You can enjoy the park, its lake, and private forest for rides by foot or with bicycles (bicycles and small boat provided on site).
