An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was really a highlight of our vacation! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is very well maintained and of high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and nothing is missing. We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: In a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches of the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

This jewel is right on the beach called Limnos, only a few minutes drive from Limnia, Volissos and Agia Markella. We have spent many hours on the two balconies staring at the sea or the stars. Our hosts had also supplied a parasol and sun loungers for us to enjoy the beach while swimming. Because it was low season, it felt as if we’ve had the whole Limnos area and beach to ourselves; what a luxury! Though there was no horeca within walking distance open yet, we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy scrumptious food and drinks. The traditional bakery “Klossa” in Volissos has been a highlight and already a fond memory. Our hosts received us with big warm smiles and an overflowing bowl of seasonal fruit. They have been friendly, discreet, helpful, flexible and very generous in every way.

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you immediately felt welcome and at home! Resat is a great, courteous and outstanding host who rents his house with all his heart. In the area, you also felt right at home, the city and the surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!

Such a nice house! Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Everything you need is available. It's nice to have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a very large living room and kitchen. We had our family dinner at the big table in the garden and enjoyed the pool. The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. The host is definitely very attentive. Thank you for everything!

Mr. Ilyas is a really good host and helped us a lot in everything. The house was immaculate and quite large. We went with our pet and the garden is very useful for pets. Transportation to the seas was very easy. You can get to many beaches in five to 10 minutes, especially if you have a car. I would be very happy to book Mr. Ilyas' house again when I travel to that region again. We would like to thank him. :)

Friendly and responsible host. Beautiful and Safe Neighborhood, clean water and beach, free parking , filtered water on tab. We asked for recommendations about the area and honestly all of our host recommendations were spot on, perfect. Villa felt like home, all of us felt calm and relaxed.

It was an incredible few days in Alaçati. The village is dreamy and very lively. Zeynep's house is very nice and beautifully decorated. Too bad we didn't go often and couldn't take advantage of it so much.

Mrs. Mevsim and Mr. Sertunç thought and organized everything in advance for us to have a pleasant stay. They could always reach me until check-in and during the stay. Thanks to naive and thoughtful hosts, our holiday was much more enjoyable. The house was as seen in the photos. It offers a great pleasure, especially for those who want to get away from everyone and the city life. You can have wonderful evenings under the stars by lighting a fire. We are looking forward to staying again 🍀

Everything was as in the photos, but the sunset… it was much more beautiful than in that photo. I recommend you watch it on this porch. The house was very clean, all the necessary tools and equipment were considered. It was very enjoyable for us and it became one of the places we thought to come again. Thank you again✨

Two families, two children, we had a very comfortable 3 days. It was almost like our own home:) the decoration of the house, fine details, the layout of the garden and flat feet, the fact that there was everything you might need in the kitchen (including muffin containers:)) Everything was great that it was so close to the center of Alaçatı, and the privacy of the side gardens and privacy were preserved with wonderful beautiful trees:) thank you.

The house was very nice, the location was central and easy. The authorized person responded very quickly to my questions and offered a flexible check-in time, but the house and garden were very dusty, I shared this problem with the authorized person, he said that there was a lot of wind the day before check-in, so it was dusty, he wanted to help clean the house again, but we were outside and not available, we couldn't clean it. It was nice that he clarified the issue and wanted to help.

Our stay was great, Mrs. Figen, the mother of Can, welcomed us. He answered all our questions instantly, and fulfilled our requests immediately. The house was really clean, there were the necessary items for a vacation. Ilıca beach was within walking distance. You can reach Alaçatı and restaurants in a short time by car. It really felt like home on our short vacation.

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!
