We had a comfortable stay with our two young children! Very spacious, clean, and away from the city life. It’s in a great neighborhood as it was just across the street (and short walking distance) from the 24-hr LAMU grocery store. It was convenient for us to grab groceries and cook in the Airbnb. We also had a rental car so it was sooooo nice to have a garage to park in after a long day! Hosts were very quick and communicative through messages. Thanks again for a great stay!

Lots of stairs. If you are elderly, this may not be for you. The host is very responsive. He is helpful and tried his best. He is thoughtful. He supplied basic needs, even toothbrushes, hair brushes, nintendo games etc. the place has plenty of rooms. Sheets and comforters were excellent! You also have a massager downstairs at a tatame room to relax you after a long day. Lastly, he was very honest for letting my husband know that he left his personal bag. He took effort to call us, message us and he even waited for my husband to come back. He also gave us a souvenir gift. Thank you!

He sent a series of tips (including the detailed version of the check-in route, nearby food, and nearby places to visit) before we even checked in. He recommended Kaiseki cuisine, and also helped us make a reservation.We were also fully assisted with our trip questions!Truly a treasure house!!Treasure boss!The boss is also from Chongqing. As expected, Chinese people are really considerate when they are away from home!Highly recommended! The subway near the B&B is also very convenient. On the first day of check-in, my friend walked directly to the Umeda shopping district, which is only 1km +, and it takes 10 minutes to walk. You can also take the subway. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Miki was very proactive with communication and instructions for house were very helpful and clear. House was just as described. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet area and within walking distance to train station. Great place to stay in Kyoto. Would definitely stay again.

Chose this place because it is situated between Kansai Int and town. It was indeed a great choice. 15mins to town, 30mins to Kansai Int by car. Lots of shopping and food joints within 10mins drive around the vicinity. The house is pristine and feels like it was newly built/renovated. It is equipped with 3 reasonably sized bedroom that can easily accommodate 6 pax. Washer and dryer also available to use. There is also a bath tub for soaking. Full sized dining table in the living room, can serve up to 6. Host is very reactive to text from the start even before we arrived. This place is a gem, we really enjoyed our stay here for multiple reasons and will surely consider staying here again!

This was a perfect stay for me and my 3 friends. We had a wonderful time in Osaka and the location really helped a ton with getting around seeing it was less than 5 minutes to get into Momodani station for their front door. The rooms were spotless on arrival and we greatly enjoyed the space. Hoping we can return again someday!

2 minutes walk from Ebisu subway station, the house is safe and quiet, and there is a lot of food around.Supermarket open 24 hours, very lively, 15-20 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi.Worth staying againRecommend it to a friend
