This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as bio, is an inn in a reclaimed building operated by Batonship LLC.It is located in a complex consisting of 13 offices, stores, and homes called “Kita's North Nagaya”. The row house is a simple building with a wall that shares a wall with a neighbor, and is a type of multi-unit house with a separate entrance for each house.This traditional Japanese home has contributed to the formation of a rich community and culture in the area, but it has declined year after year due to aging and other reasons. Still, there are still many row houses in the Kinki region, especially downtown Osaka. "Kita's North Nagaya" is a new method for re-living in Osaka row houses.Earthquake-resistant, thermal insulation, soundproofing and carefully renovated, the first floor is mainly a store, and the second floor is mainly reorganized into an accommodation, and a shared garden that can be used for events, etc. on the ground floor, making it a facility that is loved by the area. A guesthouse with the coolest bar counter store. All spaces are reserved. A 2-minute walk from the station, next to FamilyMart. Have a drink at the cafe with a sofa and a double bed. You can enjoy movies, Netflix, youtube and music by connecting it to a PC with a projector and an HDMI cable. A large TV and beaded cushions for a stylish dining room with a kitchen and a relaxing living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. There is also a gas fan heater, so it is warm in winter.
