Cozy apartment in an older property located in the southern part of Silkeborg. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen in one. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, bookcase and dining area. The apartment is the lower floor of our own home and faces a quiet street where you can park in front of the house. The apartment is within walking distance of Silkeborg's beautiful nature, swimming lake, MTB trails, National cycling and hiking routes as well as the station, museums and pedestrian street with good shopping and cozy eateries.

Newly renovated bright apartment on the ground floor in a detached house in Lysbro, 3 km from the center of Silkeborg. There is access to the garden, terraces and pavilion, views of Lysbro forest and from our garden there is direct access to Lyså. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Our home is close to the lake and forest and there are good opportunities for hiking and cycling. You can also use the mountain bike trails in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.
