This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. We have a Nespresso coffee maker to help you relax from your travels. A map of nearby restaurants is available in the guidebook, so please use it as a reference for your meal.

This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places nearby where you can eat out at night, so you can cook your own meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.The furnace in the garden is free to use.We can provide a complete BBQ set (charcoal, grill grate, etc.) for ¥2,500.Bring your own free of charge.Please bring your own food. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.
