There is Dazaifu Station next to Nishitetsu Gojo Station, so it is the best location for walking around Dazaifu, a historical city. There are sightseeing spots within walking distance, such as Kanzeon-ji Temple, Saidan-in Temple, and Dazaifu Government Office sites. A complete renovation of a 120-year-old traditional house. In pursuit of comfort, the old beams and the scent of new Kunikuzu cedar wood create a clean and calm space. -About "yori-toko"- Built in 1894, this building was 118 years old as of 2019. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.

The maximum stay is 180 days a year, so please book early. This resets every April. Updated pricing for quality maintenance: from ¥5,500/night in 2026, with possible slight increases due to Japan’s inflation.
