A 6/7 floor studio in the city center. All services downstairs in the Syke Shopping Center, access by elevator inside. The apartment has a sauna and a large balcony overlooking the city center. Large double bed and sofa bed (140 cm). AIR CONDITIONING in the summer heat. Downstairs there is a large garage (B5 space) with two hours of free parking (2h). Longer rental with the Moovy app (24 hours about 20€). Close to the apartment, within walking distance, are the Theater, the Lahti Museum of Visual Arts Malva and the Sibelius House.

Come and enjoy the idyllic 50s house in the city center. You will be staying on the 1st floor of an apartment building without an elevator (approx. 8 steps to the floor).
