One bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a box mattress. The living room has a sofa bed (140cm). In addition, if necessary, an air mattress 80 cm. The resident has access to the housing company's gym on the 1st floor, which has comprehensive home gym equipment.

This lovely place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. From the balcony, you can see Valkeinen Pond, and in summer, you can admire the fountain. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Kuntolaakso indoor swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. There is a bus stop right next to the building. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the paid parking garage in Kuntolaakso. All textiles in the apartment are washed with fragrance-free detergents.
