From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, which continue to Puijo. Next to it is also the beautiful Sammakkolampi and a cozy park area with a beach.

This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. From the balcony, you can also see Lake Valkeinen and, in summer, a fountain. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Kuntolaakso indoor swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. There is a bus stop right next to the building. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the paid parking garage in Kuntolaakso. All textiles in the apartment are washed with fragrance-free detergents.

The size of the apartment is 72 m2 in a house completed in 1928. There is no elevator, but only one flight of stairs from street level. Wide windowsills and tall rooms set the tone. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room sofa can be made into a bed. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Indoor pets allowed. Parking space in the garage, street side is paid Mon-Sat, Sun free.

For free parking in the adjacent parking garage, we need a registration number.
