Well-maintained house near the beach in Ilha Comprida

My place is near a supermarket, the beach, and the main avenue. You'll love it because it's close to the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, and Lagoa Adriana, with paddle boats and equipment for physical exercises, and simple but very well-kept squares. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), furry friends (pets), has space in the back and front where you can store cars or use as a leisure space; You know what? I wouldn't trade my place for anything...

Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen integrated with the barbecue area. In the back, there is an annex with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers uncovered parking for 3 cars. Você vai se divertir muito neste confortável lugar para ficar. Casa nova, os móveis sâo de fabricação própria! Utilizamos madeira de reflorestamento! 2 banheiros super charmosos, cozinha com todos os utensílios, 3 ventiladores grandes! A casa fica a 550 metros da praia, 1.500 metros do centro de Ilha Comprida, área externa ainda em fase de acabamento, nada que atrapalhe uma maravilhosa estadia! A casa possui grades e câmeras para sua segurança!

Cantinho do Sossego with Pergola and Fire Pit.

The house is close to the beach, only 150 meters away! Super cozy, it has a security camera at the gate entrance and in the area. It's all airy, and there's no lack of ventilation. It has a barbecue area with all the necessary equipment for that barbecue! With a beautiful pergola and a fire pit next to it. There are two hammocks for relaxing with a view of the garden. It has Wi-Fi internet and a workspace. We also accept small pets
