Beautiful interiors of the Villa & it’s easy to find since it right next to the highway. Nice pool, though it was cold due to be indoors. The caretaker Sunny is very good at his job & always available. Had a bit of communication issue with the chef. The host Dhaval & his wife are very responsive and I would recommended staying in a property hosted by them.

I recently stayed at this hidden gem in Igatpuri, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms are incredibly spacious. The property is definitely worth the money, especially considering the exceptional service from the caretaker and host who were both extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The pool of this property is the massive pool it's much bigger than I expected. The villa is ideal for large groups and it can easily accommodate upto 20 guests. I’m already planning my next family get-together here, as it truly made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful, and welcoming place to stay in Igatpuri!

GP Farms is one of those places where you get exceptional service. The staff is very welcoming. The amenities are superb. The place as a whole is a package which is very well crafted. We will definitely map this as a place to revisit very often. The owner himself (Geet) is very proactive and approachable. He has been in touch at all stages to assist us through out the process. Would definitely recommend this place for friends and family outings.

We went with our whole group on a mini vacation and stayed at Suraj’s place in Igatpuri. The villa is lovely with loads of amenities and activities to do. The hosts are very very friendly and ensured that each and every one in our group feel at home. They helped us organise group games, themselves came and participated in the few and kept the whole group cheer alive. The food is amazing, super delicious. It really felt as home. The place is very easy to find with clear instructions. Will definitely recommend Suraj’s villa to any other group looking to visiting igatpuri. The stay is a killer deal at this price, got 4 bedrooms enough for 12 people to stay, a nice view, a TT table and other sports facilities, projector and many more, the food was in house and was good too. The caretakers are friendly and responsive. Only thing lacking are better washroom and toilets. Rest assured was good

It was our instant plan to extend our vacation and head towards igatpuri. We found Sierra Villa on Air bnb and when we had a word with host, we felt a bit comfortable before reaching the villa. Once we reached there, the caretaker was waiting for us to host us gracefully with all the things placed on spot accurately in each and every room. What surprised us was a small snacks hamper and chocolates kept for us. That was really a nice gesture by the host. We had dinner and breakfast from the host side which was also in the minimum price and we loved the taste. This villa is very good and I would suggest everyone to be here for the weekend gateway. This is the perfect place for hanging out with family and friends. You will get all the things clean and clear with no complaints to be published. I and my group liked the villa very much. 5 star ratings to all the amenities and stay.!!

Cool climate, a mountain view and a train disappearing in the sunset... if you're imagining the view then this villa is the perfect place. It is perfect weekend getaway. This villa can easily host a small ceremony of 40 people. The caretaker is really helpful and does all the necessary cleaning work without even we asking him to do it. The villa is easy to find, with 10min walking distance from the Mumbai-Nashik Highway, and can be travelled both from Kasara and Igatpuri in a rickshaw or private van if you don't own a vehicle. Me and my guest really loved the place and would definitely like to visit this place often

Honestly, the place looks and feels even better than in the pictures. From the moment we stepped in, we could see how thoughtfully everything was designed—every piece of decor and furniture had a purpose, making the whole villa feel unique and special. The villa itself is massive, almost like a mansion, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool was super clean, and we had a blast spending hours in it. The music system and karaoke setup just took the fun to another level!The hospitality was top-notch. Shekhar, the host, was extremely responsive, making sure everything was smooth, and Mr. Shinde, the caretaker, was genuinely caring and attentive. The place was spotless—spic and span in every corner.And the food? Absolutely homely and delicious!
