Each floor of the complex has 3 apartments, 2 of them are suited to host up to 2 people, and 1 is suited to host a family or a group of friends up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an elevator for all floors of the complex. There are lockboxes located in the main entrance with numbers that show your apartment door number.

Lithodia Guesthouse is a lovely stone-built house on the traditional settlement of Monastiraki, ideal for couples who wish to relax in a romantic and picturesque landscape of authentic Cretan culture. Enjoy breakfast, but also an afternoon drink, in the courtyard, overlooking the beautiful bay of Meramvellos, gazing at the magnificent sunset and the unique gorge of Ha. The area has free parking space and quick access to wonderful beaches.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Our ground floor studio is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes from the center of Ierapetra. Next door there are supermarkets, a bakery, patisseries, etc. A short distance away there are cafes and bars, the beautiful beaches of the city, as well as the pier with the boats that will take you to the beautiful island of Chrysi. In the courtyard of the house you will enjoy your breakfast and in the late afternoon your wine.
