Ειναι στο κεντρο, πας παντου με τα ποδια ,το παρκινγ ειναι ελευθερο εξω απο το σπιτι.Η θαλασσα , το λιμανι και τα μπαρακια απεχουν ελαχιστα.Eπισης ενα μινι μαρκετ ειναι στα 100μετρα .Επιπλεον εχει μια βεραντα που αν καποιος θελει μπορει να απολαυσει το βραδινο αερακι,προσφατα , εχει φτιαχτει και ενα ιδιωτικο παρκινγ για αυτοκινητα ( για τις μερες αιχμης 5-15/8)

Ο χώρος ξεκινάει από ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικού - κουζίνας, (όπου εκεί μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε στον καναπέ, ανοίγοντας την τηλεόραση, χρησιμοποιώντας το ελεύθερο wifi, ή και να μαγειρέψετε κάποιο γεύμα). It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.
