Esta vivienda se alquila exclusivamente para estancias temporales conforme a la normativa vigente en Madrid. No es una vivienda de uso turístico. El alquiler está destinado a personas que necesiten alojamiento por motivos laborales, académicos, sanitarios u otras razones personales justificadas y distintas de uso turístico. Para formalizar la reserva, será necesario firmar un contrato de arrendamiento de temporada y aportar documentación que acredite el motivo de la estancia. Una vez confirmada la reserva, solicitaré una copia de todos los pasaportes o documentos de identidad de todos los huéspedes. DE ACUERDO CON LA LEGISLACIÓN ESPAÑOLA, TODOS LOS HUÉSPEDES QUE SE ALOJEN EN UN APARTAMENTO TURÍSTICO ESTÁN OBLIGADOS A PRESENTAR UN DOCUMENTO DE IDENTIDAD Y A FIRMAR EL FORMULARIO DE REGISTRO DE HUÉSPEDES DE LA POLICÍA NACIONAL. EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE ESTA OBLIGACIÓN NOS DARÁ DERECHO A CANCELAR LA RESERVA SIN INDEMNIZACIÓN ALGUNA PARA EL CLIENTE. Cuando llegue al apartamento, le recibiré en persona. Si, por cualquier motivo, no pudiera hacerlo, le ofreceré la opción de un auto check-in. En cualquier caso, le visitaré en el apartamento una vez que se haya registrado. El check-in libre tiene lugar de 16:00h a 18:00h. El check-in después de las 18:00h y hasta las 21:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 20€ a pagar por el huésped. Check-in después de las 21:00h y hasta las 23:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 30€ a pagar por el huésped. Tenemos la opción de auto check-in durante estas horas y es gratuito. Para el auto check-in tenemos la opción de recoger las llaves en un establecimiento cercano situado a 10 minutos. El horario de check-in es hasta las 23h de la noche, tal y como se indica en las normas de la casa. Si por circunstancias ajenas a nosotros (retrasos de vuelos, etc.) llegáis después de las 23h tendréis que pagar 35€. De 01h a 02h, 50 euros. Después de las 02h NO es posible alojarse en el apartamento. Ofrecemos early check-in y late check-out sin cargo, sujeto a disponibilidad en el apartamento. El check-in hasta las 23:00h está garantizado, y la disponibilidad después de esa hora se puede comprobar. El huésped será responsable del coste del servicio de cerrajería en caso de pérdida u olvido de llaves dentro del apartamento (150€ a pagar al cerrajero antes de abrir el apartamento). Las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas están estrictamente prohibidas. Las camas y toallas están preparadas para el número de personas indicado en la reserva. No está permitido alojar a más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Apague las luces y el aire acondicionado antes de salir del apartamento. Deje la casa ordenada antes de salir. La no presentación de los mismos será motivo de cancelación de la reserva. En caso de que olvide alguna pertenencia en el alojamiento, es responsabilidad suya hacerse cargo de ella. Aunque nos comprometemos a guardarlas durante un periodo de tiempo limitado, deberá enviar a alguien en su nombre a recogerlas. Es importante que nos notifique la pérdida de sus pertenencias y que le informemos de que serán recogidas en un lugar distinto del alojamiento.

IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
