Elen's Island House

YuliaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It's a beautiful and very unique place, even though it is a bit quirky. We found our stay pleasant and our sleep restful here, the view of the sea is beautiful too. Be sure that you are ready to walk up quite a few steps to come here though (although the host advised us to take a taxi to a closer location so we don't have to go up with all the luggage.) The two bedrooms are separated by a sliding door, so perhaps this place is better suited for a couple than for two friends, however, we managed nonetheless. Also, be careful not to bang your head in the small kitchen. Otherwise, it's very unique and relaxing!

Cheerful 2-bedroom villa with gorgeous terraces

GillianRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Great starting point for both swimming and exploring Idra town. Stunning views from multiple spacious terraces. Ana was very helpful when we realised we had to leave earlier due to ferry times. Spectacular place and island thank you.
A serene view of the sea is displayed from the veranda, framed by lush greenery. The surrounding hills are visible in the distance, with a few buildings along the coastline. The clear blue sky enhances the tranquil atmosphere of the scene.

Anastasia's Summer House

JenniferRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Villa in Poros was fabulous. My mother and I stayed for 3 weeks in May and loved it. It was very hard to leave. The walk to the village of Poros is about 5 minutes, walk to the beach 5 minutes and grocery 5 minutes. You are just minutes away from anything you want. They met us at the ferry and we followed in the car and they even helped to take luggage up. The two porches have a wonderful view, kitchen is very well furnished, bathrooms great and the beds were perfect. We would stay again, for sure. One note, that I missed, this is a two floor doweling, with a circular staircase between the floors. We managed easily and even put in a bag with a rope for a dumb waiter system, so we didn't have to carry everything all the time. We found Skippers AND discovered the amazing CHEAP meze plate - assortments or pikalia (in greek) for about $5!!! We also loved the Alley, To Sokaki. Hope to stay again for longer next time.
A panoramic view is captured from a spacious terrace, showcasing a serene sunset over the sea and distant mountains. Vibrant flora and rooftops of surrounding buildings are visible, creating a tranquil atmosphere ideal for relaxation.

"Horizon I" Vlychos Hydra

SophiaRating, 5 stars23 months ago
We loved our stay in Voula and Efi’s apartment. The apartment is even better in on the pictures, really cosy and well decorated. The placement in Vlychos is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurant. The communication with the two sisters was amazing, so sweet and welcoming. They made the whole stay feel easy. We would definitely visit again. Thank you for a great stay :)

The Ambassador Villa, (down town Hydra)

PeterRating, 5 stars10 months ago
George is the most kind and thoughtful host you can hope for. My friends and family stayed at his very comfortable and well situated home in Hydra for a week. He is a most hospitable host who provides great local insight as to where to dine and where to swim and everything in between. He even went out of his way to source (and expertly pack) prized honey produced on the island for my family to take home (a particular feat as honey production quite low this year!) The house itself is on a serene street, next to one of the best restaurants in town. A short walk to the port and no steps climb. Highly recommend ! We all look forward to our return stay.
A charming stone courtyard is illuminated by soft lighting, featuring outdoor seating arrangements and a large umbrella for shade. The steps lead to an entrance, while greenery enhances the tranquil atmosphere of this inviting outdoor space.

Kamini's Tranquility Retreat

dianaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We spent 5 extremely happy days in Kamini and have no hesitation in fully recommending the house. The villa is well situated being close to several good restaurants, a few minutes from the beaches and a short walk to Hydra harbour along the beautiful coastal path. It is easily spacious enough to cater for 7 people. we arrived late in the evening and were particularly impressed by the generous breakfast provided by the owner.
The entrance features a minimalist design with white stone walls and illuminated steps leading to the upper floor. The natural textures of the rock formations are visible, while light fixtures enhance the gentle ambiance. A door is located on the left, providing access to the exterior.

Nefeli Villa

UfukRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Nefeli is a charming villa with lots of character. It's run by a management company with a professional and responsive team. Upon arrival we were greeted with one of the staff and taken to the villa through a few hundred steps of incline. It's a long and grinding climb in the summer heat, so people with health issues be warned... The place greeted us with a lovely private garden adorned with jasmine flowers and lemon trees, which I think was the highlight of the house. The next best thing was that the villa provided 3 private sleeping and bathroom areas. This provides an ideal environment for mutliple couples (or giving your snoring bestie their own space). We had a few hickups during our stay. There was mainly a confusion about who was our immediate contact person, but in the end they were minor inconveniences compared to the lovely overall experience. If you don't mind the climb and prefer peacefulness over convenience, I would definitely recommend the place.

Captain's Lodge Kamini Hydra

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Captain’s Lodge is the uptime Hydra Airbnb. The historic home has been beautiful restored with great care and consideration for guests’ needs. Anna has thought of every conceivable detail in terms of the design, landscaping, lighting, convenience and hospitality. It was hotel standard - truly above and beyond any Airbnb we have ever experienced. We loved walking to all of the beaches, Upper Kamini and beyond.. but most of all we loved returning to the much loved Mishu and our ‘Hydra home’. We honestly never wanted to leave. Don’t even consider booking elsewhere on the island. This is the place.

Hydra Villa with Stunning Views

JackRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Athanasia was the most thoughtful host we have ever had! From meeting us at the port and arranging for our baggage to to be taken up by mule to having a fully stocked fridge, including ample water and supplies! She clearly cared very much that we had the best time and sent many recommendations and was always at the end of the phone if needed. The house is beautiful and traditional to the island with large terraces with amazing views. Anyone who has been to Hydra will know that the best places require a bit of a hike and this is no exception, we traveled with our 3 year old and it probably was as the limit of our comfort level with regards to getting her up and down and keeping an eye on her when outside as the terraces have unprotected edges- which is standard on the island. Worth keeping in mind if you have small children. Those with children who are a little more adventurous will get the payoff of staying at this truly beautiful and peaceful house and island!
A small swimming pool is surrounded by stone walls and lush greenery. Two colorful lounge chairs are positioned nearby, inviting relaxation. The pool area is bathed in natural light, with vibrantly blooming plants adding color to the serene outdoor space.

Villa Antonis (Villa with Pool)

SpencerRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This is an amazing house for the reasons of a stellar view from atop the mountain and the rare element of having a pool in Hydra. The amenities are fairly simple for bathrooms and kitchens but most time will be spent outside or in the pool. The upstairs bedroom and living area are stunning architecturally and there’s lots of Hydriot artifacts around that make the home feel very authentic and personal. Kitchen if you’re into cooking will be limited for things like sharp knives or tools but absolutely functional for day to day basics. The house is really special and charming and the view unforgettable but be ready to have a steep climb anytime you want to go into town or to the beach, it’s a physical path but well worth it by sunset.
A lantern rests on a white table, casting a gentle glow. The backdrop features a serene seascape, with distant mountains and a soft sunset sky, creating a tranquil atmosphere for evening relaxation.

Villa ADA

ConnieRating, 5 stars36 months ago
We stayed in Santorini, Mykonos and Hydra. This was our favorite stay. Home is as advertised. It’s absolutely beautifully. Two floors, three bedrooms plus lots of couches, 2.5 baths, full separate kitchen, two floors, two full balconies - so nice we just wanted to spend time in the villa. Gorgeous view of the sea and the sunset. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. One thing to consider is that it is not in town but rather up a bit of a hill. About a 10-15 min walk from town with lots of steps. Definitely get a donkey from the port to help carry bags. We loved the walk, but you will be disappointed if you want to stay in town. Charming beautiful place. Waking up to roosters, donkeys, beautiful sun and view was perfect.
A stone-built house is set amidst lush greenery, featuring a private swimming pool. Sun loungers are positioned beside the pool, offering a comfortable spot to relax. A shaded outdoor seating area is visible, providing a tranquil space for gatherings.

house AQUATA, Hydra Greece

ElisaRating, 5 stars49 months ago
Very beautiful house, the host was very careful with us leaving enough water and coffee to cover our staying. Indeed the house is located a bit high on the Kamini’s hill (around 20mins walking from the Hydra’s main village) but the view is amazing. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 people (3 couples). The garden is very well kept and the surrounding is quite and silent. We really appreciated everything. Evangelos was a perfect host and very prompt to answer to our requests. Thank you Evangelos for your hospitality! Elisa

this is a great house. Views are spectacular, big and spacious, great beach area, quiet, private, this place has everything you need. Villa with private pool and sea view

ThaddéeRating, 5 stars34 months ago
We spent a memorable week in the Villa Athena. The place, both indoor and outdoor, is very spatious and clean. The terrace and the swimming pools were actually much better that what we could expected from the current pictures on the app. This was a really good surprise. The location is a bit remote and the access not so easy (you need a car) but it totally worths it. You'll enjoy the amazing view without disturbance from the neighbors. From the villa, you can also easily access to small and non-tourist beaches by walking 5 to 10mins. Minors inconvenients: - no drinkable water from tap - check in and check out timing did not occurred as expected

Grand Bleu Villa Serenity

DionysiaRating, 5 stars48 months ago
It was all impeccable, the villa, the pool, the surrounding area, the equipment of the house, the location and of course the service from the owner! The villa is extremely spacious and tasteful, and has all the amenities (air conditioning, sun loungers, towels, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer, clothes rack, etc.). Everything is very thoughtful and quality. Due to the 3 levels, families can be comfortably accommodated, who will enjoy during their stay and the benefits of cohabitation and their privacy, whenever they wish. The pool is very big and deep, and we really enjoyed it. The location is very quiet (with privacy), no houses around, and overlooking Ermioni. It is very close to supermarkets and to the center of Ermioni. The owner was impeccable at everything! Extremely friendly and affordable, available anytime. He even gave us a mobile phone number to order whatever we wanted (without looking for coffee, delivery, etc.) There was flexibility and convenience in check-in and checkout time. We will definitely be back at the first opportunity! Thanks for everything!

Fantasia - Amazing sea view

PennyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Kelly’s villa is absolutely lovely, the views are to die for. We spent many a happy hour in the lovely pool. It has all the facilities you need in the villa to dine in but it’s also very close to Perdika where there are lovely restaurants. It’s only 10mins away from Aegina town and more lovely restaurants. It’s easy to reach from the ferry so easy it visit other islands too. Highly recommended for perhaps families with older children - as the steps are steep but definitely did us good after drinking and eating lots of lovely food and drink.

Luxury villa with private pool and amazing seaview

ChristinaRating, 5 stars34 months ago
This lovely villa has one of the most outstanding vistas of anywhere we have stayed. We were met by Ann, with a wonderful welcome spread of delicious nibbles and drinks. The views from the balcony or the infinity pool are just stunning. From watching the sun come up in the east, to glorious sunsets in the west, and a night sky absolutely sparkling with stars. The amenities in the villa are superb and the BBQ area is really well set up. We highly recommend eating at Fotinis Restaurant nearby and chartering a boat with Nakas Rental. Poros itself is lovely, as is Ermione and Methana. A wonderful place to spend a holiday.

StefanieRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Isabelle's house in Galatas is highly recommended for families who are looking for a relaxing holiday. The views are breathtaking, the surroundings quiet and the local cuisine is lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor area with pool, spacious living room and the fact that everyone had their own room with bathroom. Already with a top vacation!
