nice and spacious house in a nice rural village. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living room, a small inner courtyard, and a terrace with ocean and mountain views. In the living room, there is a stove that gives the house a warm and very cozy touch. In the house's surroundings there are several shops and a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop. The house has a direct internet line ideal for remote work or video conferencing and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
