Davide was very helpful and welcoming. The villa had stunning views, was very clean and spacious and was well equipped. The location was quiet and peaceful and a short 15mins drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning to this villa. I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay in Arona! Noelia was an excellent host, very helpful and quick to respond to any messages. The villa was beautiful and we immediately felt at home as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip or as a great base to explore Tenerife!

The villa was amazing. I'm always nervous when I see places like this online as you never know if the photos are old/accurate/clever angles and lighting etc. All I can say is the photos didn't do the villa justice. It is even better in the flesh! BEAUTIFUL villa with heated pool, amazing BBQ with fridge/hob/sink etc, 2 x patios with dining tables - one by BBQ and one on first floor near kitchen, another patio by the pool and a balcony off the master bedroom. Sea view. Seriously, what's not to love? It is not in the centre of town so it was peaceful lying by the pool but everything seemed to be within 10-15 mins drive. I don't usually write reviews online but this place definitely deserves it! Wonderful!

Had a lovely stay here! Beautiful house with lots of space and all the necessities. The pool was very nice to have as it was warm and sunny. The bedrooms were spacious and so was the living room and kitchen. The host was super responsive and nice which is always a plus. The city center is only a 10min carride away so plenty of stuff to do while still staying at a private house with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this place!

A haven in paradise! The villa was well arranged, clean, and spacious. Our host Jamie was easy to communicate with, attentive and helpful which made our stay very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including lots of entertainment options for us to enjoy. Convenient location to top it off, overall a 5* experience I would highly recommend - if we are ever in the area again this would be our top choice!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was all as described and we felt very comfortable. The communication with the host was really good and he even got us appointments at physiotherapy. It's not self-evident. Many thanks for this. We can fully recommend the house if you want to relax far away from tourism. Car is a must, but that will be sufficiently communicated.

Beautiful atypical apartment located in the heart of the village on a nice little lively square. Nearby bar and restaurants some frequented by locals which is very friendly (do not hesitate) The ocean 2 steps away with a nice coastal walk and natural pools. Beautiful terrace but with neighbors opposite, no particular inconvenience. Evenings are quiet despite the terraces. However, you should not be afraid of stairs. Kathy's welcome was perfect and she gave good advice.

Beautiful house with exceptional views. Very spacious house that was perfect for family of five, kids age 11-16. Lidia the host was extremely responsive and willing to help us with everything we needed. We rented a car and super nice to have access to garage and be able to walk right in with groceries. Just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay at Richard’s villa for my 50th birthday. There was 9 of us in total and more than enough space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great. The new added kitchen downstairs is a definite bonus. We loved the outdoor dining space and spent a lot of time here. You do need to get taxis down to the beach area but Richard recommended Norman’s taxis and they were very reliable. Richard, Kelly and Ben were all very responsive with anything we needed. Thanks all for making our stay perfect As a previous review stated I would probably hire a car next time, just to make it easier for shopping but we did manage perfectly well without one. Would definitely recommend staying here

Petra's delightful home was perfect for our three generation holiday.-very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, huge wardrobes with plentiful hangers, full sized cot, 2 high chairs, plenty bathrooms. The garden was huge -lots of seating areas and the pool was lovely and warm. It is as green as the photographs, full of birdsong, completely enclosed and private so very safe for kids. The house is only a few minutes drive from all facilities. The Rosa Center at Playa Paraiso has free parking, supermarket, shops & restaurants, play facilities for kids and good coffee. The beach at Callao Salvaje is even closer with umbrellas, restaurant, bar and part time lifeguard. Again free parking and good shopping nearby. Petra met us on arrival to show us round and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed-even from her hospital bed following an accident! The checkout was a helpful midday, with her niece arriving to collect the keys. A most relaxing, happy holiday.

Our stay in this house in Tenerife was simply wonderful. From the first moment we felt right at home. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste and with all the details taken care of to the fullest. We went with the family, with small children, and everything was very easy thanks to the attention of Noelia: they left us a high chair, they gave us everything we needed to make the children comfortable and we were quiet. The location is ideal and the atmosphere is so cozy that we struggled to go. Honestly, we don't think there is a more beautiful house in Tenerife. We will be back very soon. Excellent comms and a lovely place - would stay again.

The 5 star reviews are spot on.....though we are tempted to leave a 1 star review to put people off from discovering this wonderful villa so we can return to stay again more easily! Ana Maria and Fran were so helpful and the villa is truly amazing. A huge space for up to 16 people so perfect for a big family gathering (we were there for a birthday party; Fran found us a brilliant Cuban/Latin American 3 piece band to entertain us and he made us a huge delicious paella and selection of tapas). The villa is so quiet yet very close to Puerto de Cruz and with breathtaking views of the ocean and Teide volcano. You do need a car to get around.

Great apartment everything is as described almost felt too good to be true, very secure at night, the host was friendly and was open to a later check out as well as holding our luggage until nearer the flight as no guests were due after our stay. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough and I’d be looking to book again later in the year. We had a fantastic time at this beautiful and spacious house in Tenerife. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The house is clean, very well equipped, and has plenty of room to enjoy. We especially loved the great pool and the outdoor kitchen – perfect for relaxing days and evening meals. Carlos was such a kind and helpful host – we felt truly welcome. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!

The house is super quiet with a large and very well-kept garden and pool. All the bedrooms are spacious and it also has two living rooms and a large dining room. I really highlight how clean the house was and how comfortable the beds and pillows are. We went as a family with 4 children and loved it. We'll definitely repeat. Thank you Luisa for your kindness. Manuel is an excellent host. At the reception, everything was perfectly prepared, so we felt right at home. An extensive list of Manuel's sights and restaurants made it easier for us to choose. But mostly we prepared fish and meat on the grill on the terrace. If we had a question, Manuel was immediately ready to help us further. We highly recommend Manuel and his villa.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maximus. The house was spacious and perfect for our group of four, with all the amenities we needed. Our teenage boys loved the heated pool! Janie was a great host, meeting us at the villa and providing some essentials for our first evening. We rented a car via Auto Reisen as recommended — the directions were clear and the villa was easy to find. The location was ideal, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and family activities. We went whale watching, played tennis and mini golf at Tipsy’s, and had great meals at Maria Rosa’s in the harbour (amazing local food) and Mamma Lucia (fantastic Italian and seafood). We also enjoyed Siam Park and Loro Parque — perfect days out for the kids. A peaceful, beautiful haven with stunning views. Highly recommended!

Overall, we felt very comfortable. The apartment matched the description, was in very good condition and very clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and always easily accessible. It was a bit difficult to find or reach the apartment, as you have to overcome some stairs, which is not easy with suitcases. For older people who lack the strength to carry suitcases or who have knee problems, the apartment is unfortunately unsuitable. For all others who want some peace and seclusion, it is highly recommended. The pool is very nice, but not heated. A car is highly recommended as San Andrés is very secluded. Thanks for a great stay and good hospitality!

My family spent a wonderful week here. Could not fault a thing, we felt at home here. Beautiful villa and very well looked after. We will definitely be returning in the future. My boys loved the pool so much. Thank you for making everything run soothing for us.
