'La Verdecita' is approximately 500 years old and has very peaceful and calm atmosphere as well as classic structure and proportions. The house has full air con / heating and wifi through out. We have spent the past year working on the restoration of the building. We have tried to respect the heritage and conserve the soul of this historic and unique house. We have sourced appropriate materials, commissioned furniture and put our heart and soul into creating a comfortable home from home. We have searched for special pieces of furniture, mixing antique and modern pieces. There are comfy beds, crispy cotton sheets and plenty of fluffy towels. La Verdecita is perfectly appointed and positioned to discover and explore all the magic that Seville had to offer with your friends and family. The ground floor is centred around the patio which creates a light, airy and generous space. There is a huge dining table, perfect for a large dinner or a slow and lazy breakfast. The sitting room is comfortable and spacious with enough sofa space for everyone to relax. There is also a smart TV, a DVD player and a wood burning stove. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an extra large Smeg oven, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a big celebratory meal. There is a utility area with washing machine. The 'Susana' double bedroom is just off the covered courtyard. This cool and comfortable room has the original high wooden, beamed ceilings as well as tiled and panelled walls. There is a double bed with an en suite shower room. The private downstairs patio houses the wooden hot tub / jacuzzi. There is also a handy, separate toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor. The first floor has four bedrooms. 'Reyes'. The principal bedroom, king size bed (150cm x 200cm) with en suite bathroom (copper bath tub, hand held shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This bedroom has a huge, ancient antique door as a headboard and two floor to ceiling windows leading onto juliet balconies that look onto Calle Verde. Original double doors lead through to the spacious bathroom with an exposed brick wall, soft lighting and a deep, luxurious copper bath tub. The 'Maria' bedroom with king size bed (150cm x 200cm) and en suite shower room (shower, toilet, basin, bidet). This airy bedroom has a high ceiling and original wooden beams. Both the bedroom and adjoining shower room are decorated with handmade tiles in soft, subtle colours. It is a particularly quiet and peaceful room with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. The 'Esperanza' bedroom, two single beds (90cm x 200cm). This cosy and welcoming room has antique shutters on the wall, and a floor to ceiling double window leading to a balcony with a view over Calle Verde. The 'Rocio' bedroom, king size bed (150m x 200cm). This calm, lovely and simple room has original exposed bricks, ceiling and beams as well as a very beautiful armoire! The shared shower room. A huge walk in double shower with two generous brass showers. Toilet, bidet and basin. Stairs leading to the roof terrace. The roof terrace is great for relaxing. There is ample seating, a shaded area, an out door shower and a little bar area with a sink, fridge and dishwasher, perfect for preparing refreshments! Come and fall in love with Seville! (VFT/SE/02697) The entire house is yours to enjoy! Although I am not in Sevilla full time I am always easy to reach by phone / text or email. I work with my good friends and family - if I am not able to meet you in person then one of them will! The house is located on one of the prettiest and most evocative streets in La Juderia. Covered with scented jasmine, Calle Verde is a short stroll from tapas bars and La Carboneria for flamenco, and just moments from La Giralda and The Real Alcazar. You won't need public transport! The house is super-central and everything is easily accesible on foot. If you do need a bus there is a stop a five minute walk away. One of the main bus stations is a ten minute walk. There is a taxi rank two minutes away.

El apartamento, de un dormitorio, cuenta con capacidad para cuatro personas, una cama principal en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón, esta conceptuado o bien para una pareja o para una pareja con uno o dos niños,que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila, en una zona residencial y exclusiva, cercana a todas las áreas de interés de la localidad de Marbella, cuenta con una terraza de 44 metros cuadrados con vistas a la iconica y emblemática montaña de Marbella "La Concha". We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

We stayed at Javier’s place for 3 nights. Javier met us at the apartment and provided us with information about places to visit and recommended restaurants. Javier was professional and responded quickly if we needed anything. Would stay again if we were to visit Seville again

Absolutely amazing location, couldn’t be better. The place was spotless, restaurant recommendations were great, the driver Maria arranged was fantastic. We were traveling with a toddler and Maria had a pack and play and high chair in the apartment. Would absolutely recommend the apartment! We would stay here again!

Great location. Estoril is between Lisbon and Cascais which are both reachable by a cheap train ride. Views from the Penthouse are great and there are two restaurants in the building with a Chinese” to die for” just across the road under the Casino. Loved it.

We have had several long term stays at this property and would be happy to go back yet again. Other reviews, including our previous stays, highlight the location, restaurants, facilities, comfy beds and immaculate housekeeping. Ana is the ultimate host. Her commitment and pride ensure your interests will be protected and you can count on her in any unforeseen circumstance. This was our fourth multi month stay and we look forward to returning. Thank you, Ana, for all your efforts on our behalf.

Wir hatten fantastische Tage in der Unterkunft in Alfama. Wunderbare Gegend und ein besonderes Highlight war das Vorbeifahren der berühmten Straßenbahn 28 gleich unterhalb der Wohnung. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Paare und alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, wichtige Informationen im Voraus erklärten gegeben. Dankeschön dafür. Von der Wohnung sind die zentralen Bezirke der Stadt, wenn man sich auch mal gerne sich durch die Straßen treiben lässt und den ein oder anderen Schritt nicht scheut, zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der 28. kam man immer zurück. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, herzlichen Dank an Sofia und Brunno.

This 3-bedroom apartment with en-suites was ideal for our group of 6. Each room with an en-suite is rare and this was unique. Centrally located with grocery stores and metro stations nearby. Spotlessly clean with beautiful artistic touches and paintings throughout. The small terrace was a lovely bonus! Rene’s communication was excellent - we had all details before arrival. Great location, great apartment, great host. Highly recommend for families visiting Lisbon!

La villa es francamente bella y extremadamente cómoda. Todo en ella está muy nuevo y la pulcritud y limpieza es ejemplar. Se encuentra en un lugar un poco apartado del bullicio de Lloret de mar, lo que por otra parte contribuye a su particular encanto si lo que se busca es tranquilidad y descanso. Imprescindible coche. La atención de Rimma y su equipo excelente.

Myself, my husband, our 12 year old son and my sister-in-law had a fantastic 6 night stay at Lara's villa. It's very spacious and practical. It was spotlessly clean and a full clean was done again half way through our stay. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There are many different areas for eating/lounging depending on where the sun is. It's very peaceful, yes the villa is above a main road but it's not an issue. A slight hum of traffic is worth it for the amazing panoramic view. There is no noice from people or barking dogs just bird song. The pool is large and a nice temperature. The games room is an added bonus. We would highly recommend the villa. Perfect for families. We must also mention our host, Bruno. Due to airport delays it's was well after 1.30am before we arrived. Bruno was waiting for us with a smile to shows us around and had very thoughtfully left us food (and wine!) We had lots of information and recommendations. We could not have asked for a better host.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der ocean view Villa verbracht und haben uns vom ersten Moment an >Zuhause gefühlt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet bis hin zu 2 Flaschen leckerem WEin und leckerstem Obst. Pedro war immer zu erreichen und ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Wir können nur DANKE sagen und freuen uns schon aufs Nächste Mal dort.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Jean-Pierre est un hôte très accueillant et très disponible. La maison est très agréable , très calme, très propre et très bien située. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine (ustensiles , sac poubelle, papier aluminium condiments etc...) . La literie est très bien bref rien à dire de négatif . Je recommande ce logement .

We hebben een heel leuke tijd beleefd in deze mooie villa. Hoewel ze buiten het stadscentrum van Valencia bevindt, is ze vlot bereikbaar via de metro. Vlakbij is een supermarkt, lokale restaurants en bars. Het strand van Pobla de Farnals is via een rustige wandeling van enkele km te bereiken. Gastheer Juan geeft vele tips en regelt alles onmiddellijk.
