"Petirrojo Haus" a charm in the Andes

Our cottage´s name is "Petirrojo Haus".We are a german - ecuadorian couple. We are at 10 minutes far from the city of Ibarra. Our guesthouse has 40 mt2 . Beds for four people, private kitchen and badroom. There is also an open air canteen with fire wood oven. Our property has an area of 7500 m2. It is divided into 2 parts, where our house and the guest house are in a private part and a small restaurant in the other part. Our guesthouse can be rented for a short or long time (discount 62%).

Spacious apartment in the best sector of Ibarra in Ciudadela Jardín. The apartment was remodeled a few months ago and is located in a totally safe area and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Fully furnished rooms and fully equipped kitchen. A few meters away is the "Ibarra Tennis Club" where for an extra cost you can enter and make use of its facilities such as: swimming pool, jacuzzi, hydromassage, tennis courts, gym etc.

Cottage Kikimba- Private house in beautiful garden

This small antique cabin, has an old wood oven and in the garden a very beautiful old stone cross, old trees such as guava and a coconut that do not bear fruit due to the climate. The cabin is rustic, has a small fireplace(if you'd like some firewood let me know its a small fee extra) and through the windows you can see gorgeous plants, it is comfortable and the only thing that is shared is the garage.

A bright sleeping area contains two beds with colorful bedding, one featuring a blue and green cover and the other in striped patterns. Natural light fills the space through large windows, highlighting the wooden flooring and brick walls. A small nightstand sits between the beds.
