Все отлично, месторасположение отличное, хозяйка отвечала на вопросы оперативно, есть место для парковки машин, квартира чистая. Немного беспокоили комары, но это не критично :)

O oaza de liniște,un loc extrem de îngrijit chiar dacă mobilierul nu este nou. Casa este extrem de curată,spațioasă,utilată cu tot ce este necesar pentru o sedere plăcută. Dimineața vă puteți bea cafeaua sau ceaiul pe terasa din spatele casei, de unde puteți admira grădina și curtea. Mulțumim gazdelor pentru toate detaliile la care s-au gândit ca să avem o ședere plăcută! Fam.Cohal

The property looks even better than in the pictures. Is located in the residential area of ​​Iasi, close to universities and the city center. Quiet area, of houses. Impeccable cleanliness. We stayed 8 people and we had a great weekend together. We warmly recommend it!

A great stay from the beginning to the end. I cannot thank Paul and his daughter for their kindness. Paul waited for my call at 2 am to talk to the taxi drivers at the station in order to reach home. The house was clean and comfotable, located in the city centre. On the departure day he let me stay in the apartment till the afternoon as my flight was in the evening. I cannot thank him enough. I do recommend staying at his house. Laura

Multumim pentru amabilitate! Zona este excelenta, cu vedere spre palat, iar gazda ne-a ajutat cu check inul. Vom reveni cu placere.

Gazdele au fost atente la nevoile noastre, am comunicat foarte bine cu ei. Locuinta este curata, cu tot ce ai nevoie, amplasata intr-o zona liniștită, cu acces la magazine și mijloace de transport. Recomand cu încredere și vom reveni dacă vom avea ocazia.

Foarte aproape de centru si Iulius Mall. Curat, spatios, patul confortabil.

Perfect accommodation for a larger company or a family , with beautiful stylish interior and all the needed appliances. Great location , with all the major attractions at a nearby distance . Daniela was a fabulous host , always responsive when I had a question and made us feel at home almost instantly. Highly Recommend !

Am stat o noapte în acest apartament și a fost exact cum era descris și prezentat în poze. Liniștit, curat și foarte aproape de Mall Moldova. Gazda a fost prietenoasă și comunicativă. Recomand!

Walter was very proactive with his communication and friendly. He made sure I knew where I was going and he also stayed up late until past 03:00 to help me enter the building as my flight arrived in the middle of the night. He showed me how everything in the apartment worked and afforded me flexibility with my check-in and check-out time and overall he was very kind. The apartment is good value, it is small but functional for a solo traveller. The bed is a small mattress laid out on the floor and frankly it worked just fine for me and was comfortable. The location isn’t ideal as it is right on the outskirts of the city however it is relatively close to the Cetatiua, Frumoasa and Galata Monasteries. I used Bolt to get to and from the apartment and city centre which was cheap enough or you can use public transport which is even cheaper. Both options do not take long. The pillow cases and blankets needed washing in my opinion. Aside from that the apartment was clean and spotless.

Recomand cu drag! Apartamentul este spațios, modern și foarte bine întreținut, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele puncte de interes, iar zona este liniștită și sigură. Gazda a fost prietenoasă și promptă, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru o ședere fără probleme. Cu siguranță aș recomanda acest apartament oricui vizitează zona și caută o cazare de calitate!

Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme et à proximité des commerces et services. Le gros plus, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. Habitant à proximité et d'un caractère serviable, elle est disponible au moindre problème ou si vous avez besoin de renseignements. Un grand merci à elle pour un séjour très agréable.
