The house is part of a micro residence (3 lots) without any neighbors or contact with neighbors.

CABIN

Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

Anse Méjean, great landscape, right by the seaside

Méjean is a fishermen's village set above the turquoise waters of an enchanting Mediterranean cove. Its pristine waters are listed for the richness of their fauna. The cove attracts kayakers, paddle boarders, divers and yachts coming to enjoy this haven of peace. The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.

Sunset Suite

Here, time stands still... Imagine: a 37° Jacuzzi, a sublime view of the Bay of Sanary, an enveloping sauna, a snail shower for two... And in the evening, a king-size bed facing the horizon, to contemplate the sunset entwined, as if suspended between sky and sea. The Sunset Suite is more than a stay: it's a break of love and serenity 🌅

Beautiful air-conditioned and tastefully renovated apartment, ideally located on the Port of Hyères. Very functional and well-equipped, it offers stunning sea views. You have access to all shops and the beach on foot. Free parking with 440 spaces is just across the street from the building with an electric vehicle charging station.
