Had a really nice stay. The host was very helpful and responsive allowing early check-in. The place was properly cleaned and well planned. The rooms though a little old are actually quite big with well functioning AC. It's about 20 mins from the airport. The host was really nice and patient, smoothly guiding through the entire process. Overall, had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rahul’s place! The home was spotless, incredibly clean, and well-maintained, everything looked just like the pictures, if not better. With 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 clean and modern bathrooms, a large hall, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, the space comfortably accommodated our group of 10 friends. The smooth and hassle-free check-in process made our experience even more pleasant . we didn’t even need to call beforehand, everything was perfectly arranged. One of the highlights was the lovely terrace, which was great for spending time together and relaxing. Rahul was a fantastic host, and the entire stay felt effortless. If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay with friends or family, this is hands down one of the best options out there. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad🏘️ We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Banjara Hills, one of the best localities in Hyderabad. The host, Mohammed Salam, was incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in at 4 AM without any hassle. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully furnished with all necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. A special mention to Ismail, the caretaker and manager, who was always available and responsive to our needs. His hospitality and prompt assistance made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood added to the overall charm. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad💯. We would definitely love to stay here again!❤️

This is the best place I got after researching for more than a month all over hyderabad city for 20+ people. The place, the amenities and everything was great

extremely great host. Adil was always responsive. we reached nearly 2 hours late and Mr Adil was waiting for us to welcome at his villa. treated us in a good manner. Also provided bike and person to get what we require. Thanks a lot Adil sir.

It’s really great place to hangout with family gathering. Pool is clean and neatly maintain. I will differently recommend this place to all my near and dear. Two things need improvement 1. Any board games ( mentioned in description but not available) 2. Sofa required repair which any thing we placed on it will going to inside (only one out of 3 pieces) All cutlery basic utensils are provided . So anyone want to Cook they can use. Microwave is other item missing if we can order food from outside want to keep warm before eat. A part from above it’s superb superb superb

Great place and peacefully. Provided all the required amenities. food delivery service was also available. Pool was Great and property is huge to roam freely. Kids enjoyed the place too. Overall recommend it.

The place was lovely, me and my friends had a great time. We had book it for a pre-wedding celebration and I must say, I could have not found a better place. Also, 10/10 service too from the caretaker.

All my friends had a wonderful time.... Host Pranav is really really cooperative and provided great hospitality...! there was everything available in the listing what we needed...! And the bathtub was working great had some relax time...! and the location is also great... like No one was around to get disturbed.....👌🏻 All to gether it was awesome stay.... loved it..! i would definitely recommend this place.. 💯

Had a great time with my friends at this property.The place is apt to have such celebrations with friends and family. The property was exactly how it was described by the host. The pool,kitchen and lawns were well kept and very clean.Highly recommend for any family or friends celebrations…

Nice clean place, friendly host

The villa is located near to main road. Easy to find. Amazing flexible host. Good price as well. They provided extra beds as well before we asked. A water can and gas provision is there. Have no complaints about this villa. Friends Family or relatives can opt without doubt.
