Vacation rentals with beach access in Hyannis Port, Barnstable

this was a great place to stay in brewster. it is across the street from my favorite coffee shop and walkable to several great restaurants in the area. ann was a great host and easy to talk to. i definitely recommend staying here!

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. Thank you Jennifer for hosting us!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Christina’s home was pretty, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated that there was coffee, tea, sugar, soap and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was also superb- very close to several gorgeous beaches plus multiple restaurants and shops. We did not have a chance to use them, but she even had bikes, which would be wonderful in warm weather. This is a great listing. I thoroughly recommend it!

Beautiful and well-maintained place. We had a minor issue, but Jonas was very proactive in resolving it. Felt right at home.

Relaxing girls get away weekend. Amazing views, very walkable and friendly town and beach. (Delicious local ice cream shop- vegan options too!). The perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and make some delightful memories.

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. 10/10 stay!! The cottage sits on a beautiful pond. We came during a rainy weekend so we stayed mainly inside. We turned on the electric fireplace & put on a movie. It was so cozy. Once the rain let up, we went outside and used the outdoor fireplace! So peaceful. Everything else you’d need, you are only a short drive from a cvs & grocery store. Melissa is a great host. We really appreciate how quick she responded with any minor concern we had. We look forward to more future stays at the cottage!

We loved our stay at Stephen's! The house is lovely and so cozy. We were there for a beautiful fall weekend and the sunlight pouring in in the mornings was so special and having a fire going in the evenings really hit the spot. Stephen was so kind and responsive. We loved being able to drive to the beach in just a few minutes. Would definitely come back!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette, and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and even left treats for us upon arrival. The house is stunning, clean, and in a wonderful area on the cape. Cannot recommend it enough!

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place—it was spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was well provided with everything we needed for cooking and dining in. The beds were comfortable and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. Chris provided detailed, helpful instructions. I would recommend this listing highly.

Excellent stay. Chuck was great! We traveled with a child and it was very accommodating. Very close to the beach.

The host was friendly and responds fast. The house has clean, comfortable, and located in a nice neighborhood. We had two cars and parking was very easy at this house. The host provided a binder with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit, which ended up being super helpful. There are many grocery stores, beaches, and shopping centers within a 10 minute drive from this location so it was perfect!

Amazing home. Fantastic location. Peaceful and relaxing. One of our favorite vacation stays ever. Never turned the tv on… unusual for me. Hosts really thought of everything and more. Highly recommend if you are visiting Cape COD. 5+ stars.

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

The location was quiet during our low season stay and close to a beach with 5 mins drive. The house was clean and had lots of board games to have fun with. Meghan was responsive to answer our questions and to addressed issues. I would stay there again in the future.

The place was very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. It was off season & a bit cool so we really enjoyed the indoor heated pool & jacuzzi and walking the beach. So nice to hear the surf when falling asleep! The space was clean & comfortable and the cozy fireplace delightful on the cool nights.

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

Great stay. I would definitely recommend this place. Great location for a stay in Cape Cod.
