Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hyannis, Barnstable

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette, and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and even left treats for us upon arrival. The house is stunning, clean, and in a wonderful area on the cape. Cannot recommend it enough!

Brianna's place was well kept up, clean, and comfortable. The house had a very quite and secluded setting, which we enjoyed. We had a nice stay and thought this was a good central location in Cape Cod. Brianna had everything we needed and more. The conveniences that she had in the house were much appreciated (bags, beach equipment and toys, cooler, washer and dryer & etc.) and made life so much easier. She was very responsive when asked and even gave us some recommendations around the area. The whole process was smooth!

Believe the 5 star reviews!! What a fabulous cozy slice of heaven quietly nestled right off a main road and in proximity to so much!! The bungalow itself is the cutest quaintest most charmingly decorated place. They have everything you could need and more, and yes the bathroom is what dreams are made of Highly highly highly recommended for a couple or a small group and for hoomans with furbabies!!! <3 Violet's place is perfect and we can't wait to return.

The house was just like the photos, so beautiful!! Choo was even so sweet and left a present for my daughter since I told them we were celebrating her birthday!! This was my first time using air B&B and it was amazing!

The host was friendly and responds fast. The house has clean, comfortable, and located in a nice neighborhood. We had two cars and parking was very easy at this house. The host provided a binder with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit, which ended up being super helpful. There are many grocery stores, beaches, and shopping centers within a 10 minute drive from this location so it was perfect!

Gleidison’s place is awesome! We loved our stay. It is centrally located and within 5 minutes drive to surrounding grocery stores. The hosts are accommodating and friendly.

The house is in a quiet tucked away position, a short walk to the beach, and pleasant 20 minute walk to the town centre where there are numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. The harbour is slightly further, but still within walking distance. We caught the ferry to Nantucket from there. Tim was very quick to respond to a very minor issue, which Josh kindly called round one evening to fix. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay, and would recommend.

10 stars for the host. Megan was proactive in communicating the check in process with us. She was also quick to respond to all of our (sometimes dumb) questions with clear, helpful responses. The checkout was also effortless, it truly was a "vacation for relaxing." The house itself is right size for a couple or a small family. While weather didn't fully cooperate with us to take full advantage of the deck/grill/ backyard/hammock, the beach pass was a huge benefit in getting us access to the town beaches. The house is also located in a great spot in Hyannis, close to the water, but also to the town center with a lot of great restaurant and shopping options. Other popular Cape Cod towns are also close enough for a short drive. Ultimately, would stay here again just because Megan made this such an easy, stress-free, experience.

this was a great place to stay in brewster. it is across the street from my favorite coffee shop and walkable to several great restaurants in the area. ann was a great host and easy to talk to. i definitely recommend staying here!

Bill and Trish were amazing hosts, and they made sure the place was exceptionally clean. They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful and quaint condo for a wedding weekend in Dennis and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place with a more perfect location!We both felt safe and comfortable immediately upon arrival and loved spending time outside on the porch and enjoying walking around the area! We would both recommend this stay to anyone!

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

We loved our stay at the 'Sea Salt Studio'! Bonnie's place is exactly as depicted, very cute, cozy and well-appointed. It truly gave us home away from home vibes. The bathroom is very small, especially if two people are trying to get ready at the same time, but otherwise, it's perfect. We stayed just ahead of the summer season and were pleasantly surprised to find we were some of the few people staying in that neighborhood, so we were really able to enjoy some peace and tranquility. The location was great! We could smell the ocean air and hear the waves as soon as we arrived. One of the small local beaches was less than a 5 minute walk down the street. It was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. Bonnie's place also served as a great home base to explore all that the Cape has to offer. We were easily able to drive to Woods Hole to catch the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard one day and then head out to Provincetown the next. We highly recommend staying here!
