Nice bathroom with a washing machine The entrance is very spacious with a sofa The kitchen has a dining area for 3-4 people, a small refrigerator, 2 stove tops, a microwave, an air fryer, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Cozy guest house by the beach and park

Cozy and quiet guest house, first row to Kystagerparken and 100 meters to the beach and harbor. Walking distance (1 km) to the S-train that takes you to the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes. You can also easily cycle to the city via the park. The house is located independently on the property (we live in another house), and from the small sunny terrace there is direct access to nature. The house contains a small kitchen section, a simple bathroom and living room/bedroom (with a good sofa bed with top mattress, 160 cm. in width) as well as a kitchen.
