Welcome to our private, charming, and truly cozy townhouse with 4 floors, spanning almost 200 m², and featuring a small, cozy, and peaceful backyard where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The house is ideal for both couples and families with older children. It is a unique and functional home with access to the entire house. A great location where most of Copenhagen can be easily reached by public transport or car. While there is no private parking, there is free parking near the house and in the surrounding area, plus only 300 meters to electric car charging stations. Our house in Valby is not just a place to stay, but also a homely base for exploring Copenhagen, surrounded by nature and with easy access to the city’s amenities. About the House: The ground floor includes an entrance with stairs leading to the first floor, a very large dining room and living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to our cozy backyard. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a small room with a very large wardrobe where you can store your clothes, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the second floor, there is the house's second bedroom with a double bed and a crib. From the skylight, you can enjoy the view over our garden and the surrounding neighborhood. In our basement, you have free access to a washing machine, dryer, and clothes drying rack. Valby and Surroundings: Valby offers a unique combination of local shops and cozy cafés. Within a short distance, you’ll find Tivoli, the Zoo, as well as Søndermarken, Frederiksberg Gardens, and Frederiksberg Palace and the Horticultural Society's garden. Practical Information about Shopping and Transport: 800 meters to Danshøj or Hvidovre S-train station with 12 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli, and the city center. 100 meters to the bus to Flintholm Metro. 300 meters to electric car charging stations. 900 meters to a shopping center with a pharmacy and grocery stores (open from 7 AM to 10 PM every day). 700 meters to Vigerslevparken with a playground and opportunities for walking, jogging, and cycling. 1000 meters to Damhussøen – where the running route around the lake is one of the most popular running paths in Copenhagen. 2000 meters to Valby center, a wonderfully cozy oasis with many cafés, specialty shops, and a shopping center/Spinderiet.

Family friendly house and garden!

Our old family home is located Hvidovre (suburb 7 km from CPH). The neighbourhood is quiet and enjoyable with a local park just down the road. Public busses are 200m walk away and connect to trains or take you straight to Copenhagen Central Station. You can easily leave your car in our carport. 200 m walk will take you to the local supermarket. Because of the war in Ukraine and to take care of the environment we have closed down the use of gas in the house and use in stead solar energy to heat the water and heat the house with a heat pump. This mean that our tap water is cold, but don't worry you will be able to take a hot shower with the water heated by solar energy. We will give you the easy instructions on how to. The house's central room is a big living room with dining table, grand piano and an open kitchen. There is an additional living room with TV. 2 double bedrooms - 1 with a baby cot. Connected to kitchen/living room is a covered terrace with seating. Great for dinners in good weather or to have a coffee whilst listening to the sound of rain. The garden has a wooden terrace to enjoy the evening sun. According to the season the garden offers produce; Apples, salads, spices and berries - true fun for children. A one-story house in Hvidovre that has been divided into two units. You have about 45 sqm to yourselves with a private entrance and parking right outside the house, and the train is about 500 meters away. The apartment has a large, bright room with a double bed and a smaller room with 2 comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with a washing machine The entrance is very spacious with a sofa The kitchen has a dining area for 3-4 people, a small refrigerator, 2 stove tops, a microwave, an air fryer, a coffee machine, and a toaster. An excellent wooden terrace with table and chairs

Cozy guest house by the beach and park

Cozy and quiet guest house, first row to Kystagerparken and 100 meters to the beach and harbor. Walking distance (1 km) to the S-train that takes you to the center of Copenhagen in 10 minutes. You can also easily cycle to the city via the park. The house is located independently on the property (we live in another house), and from the small sunny terrace there is direct access to nature. The house contains a small kitchen section, a simple bathroom and living room/bedroom (with a good sofa bed with top mattress, 160 cm. in width) as well as a kitchen.

In one house there is a kitchen-living room, living room and toilet and in the other house there is a bedroom, room and bathroom. Cozy private south-facing garden with table, benches and garden chairs. Free parking is available in front of the house. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

Here you can park for free and take the train to the inner city (about 15 min). 5 min. walk to Hvidovre Outdoor Swimming Pool and large green areas with hiking and biking trails. Close to the highway without being disturbed by noise. The house is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children.
