Family friendly house and garden!

Our old family home is located Hvidovre (suburb 7 km from CPH). The neighbourhood is quiet and enjoyable with a local park just down the road. Public busses are 200m walk away and connect to trains or take you straight to Copenhagen Central Station. You can easily leave your car in our carport. 200 m walk will take you to the local supermarket. Because of the war in Ukraine and to take care of the environment we have closed down the use of gas in the house and use in stead solar energy to heat the water and heat the house with a heat pump. This mean that our tap water is cold, but don't worry you will be able to take a hot shower with the water heated by solar energy. We will give you the easy instructions on how to. The house's central room is a big living room with dining table, grand piano and an open kitchen. There is an additional living room with TV. 2 double bedrooms - 1 with a baby cot. Connected to kitchen/living room is a covered terrace with seating. Great for dinners in good weather or to have a coffee whilst listening to the sound of rain. The garden has a wooden terrace to enjoy the evening sun. According to the season the garden offers produce; Apples, salads, spices and berries - true fun for children. We very much hope you will feel just as home as we do.

You have about 50 sqm to yourselves with a private entrance and parking right outside the house and the train is about 500 meters away. The apartment has a large, bright room with a double bed and a smaller room with 2 comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with a washing machine The entrance is very spacious with a sofa The kitchen has a dining area for 3-4 people, a small refrigerator, 2 stove tops, a microwave, an air fryer, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Welcome to my charming house, centrally located within walking distance of Kalveboderne and the S-train, with 10 minutes to Hovedbanegården. Distributed on split-level floors with 3 bedrooms (extra beds available), a living room, a kitchen, a lovely new bathroom, and an older but functional bathroom in the basement. At the end of a quiet, dead-end residential road with a south-facing, completely enclosed, child-friendly garden with a large trampoline. Covered terrace with garden furniture and sun all day. There are shopping facilities and a restaurant within 750 meters.

Natural oasis in Valby. 1st floor of the house. Borders right up to Vigerslevparken and has a large balcony with stunning views. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, guest room/office and bathroom with shower and small bathtub. Accommodates 4 people. The garden is shared with our lovely downstairs neighbors and has all kinds of flowers, a trampoline, and a terrace that is shared with the downstairs neighbors. Please note that the pictures of the balcony are from before we moved. However, the balcony is still furnished, so you can eat out there and sunbathe.

It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

Enjoy the simple and romantic life of our cozy annex, The Garden Library. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Valby, Copenhagen. Close to public transportation, ten minutes from downtown Copenhagen. The annex has just been renovated. It is heated, cozy and filled with books and records that you are very welcome to use. There's a small terrace in front of the annex, and you can make tea and coffee. You are welcome to use our garden. You have your own toilet and bathroom located inside the house. There is no kitchen.
