Nice townhouse, close to town, beach and fjord + free access to family-friendly swimming pool. On the ground floor there is an entrance with stairs to the 1st floor, dining room with large dining table and exit to the large cozy garden, living room, large well-equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and hallway with descent to the laundry room. On the 1st floor there is 1 large bedroom, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with single bed, large rest area and a nice bathroom. There are no stair gates. Children are welcome - the house is not childproof.

The cottage is located at the end of a road near Hvide Sande. The house is decorated with an offset plan, which provides an exciting decor with a wood-burning stove in the recessed living room. The house has 4 rooms that can accommodate 8 people. In 3 of the rooms there are large double beds. In the 4th room there are 2 single beds. Outside there are terraces to the east, south and west, so there is the opportunity to enjoy the sun and outdoor life all day. The house is located 250 meters from the North Sea and within walking distance of Hvide Sande.

Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

One of Limfjord's oldest fishing houses from 1774 with a fantastic history is decorated with exquisite designs and is located only 50 meters from the beach on a large private south-facing plot with outdoor kitchen and lounge area with direct views of the fjord. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water

Nice enclosed garden with good shelter from the wind. The dog can run freely in the garden.
