Vacation rentals with a patio in Hveragerðisbær

We loved Hulda's apartment. The location is perfect for your Golden Circle Experience as it's really close to all the main attractions. The apartment is cute, very clean and easy to access.Also three of us were very comfortable and a family of four could manage well there. It's less than five minutes from multitudes of great restaurants in what looks like an up and coming town in Sulfoss. I could not recommend Hulda and her place enough!

Pétur's place was perfect. It is like 20 minutes to downtown. There is a grocery store within walking distance. Cozy and perfect. We spent all evening listening to music and sitting on the couch, recounting our adventures. When we had a scare with parking, Pétur responded almost instantly (despite it being almost midnight). He left books on the table with information and recommendations for all of Iceland. I can not reccomend Pétur and his home enough.

Our favorite place we stayed on our trip! So clean and had so many amenities. We were so happy staying here. If you have the option to book this, do it!!

New, well stocked accommodations with a gorgeous view. Underground parking was a huge plus. Some construction in the area and not much around. But the stay was absolutely perfect.

Our stay at Brynja’s was great! She was very proactive about communication and the Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Some great tourist spots were conveniently nearby and others were not a long drive away. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to spend less time driving and more time exploring like we did!

Amazing Airbnb. Absolutely beautiful location, extremely comfortable and spacious, everything you could need and amazing and hospitable hosts. Very close to reykjavic and right where the golden circle starts. Perfect location. You also have the pleasure of horses and sheep on the farm that are so playful. Dont wait just book!

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig gebucht, da wir uns wegen des Wetters gegen das Campen entschieden haben. Es war eine so schöne Wohnung, dass wir auch gerne noch eine zweite Nacht dort geblieben wären, sie war aber leider schon anderweitig vergeben. Es war sauber, alles da, was man brauchte und wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die leisen Pferde-Hintergrundgeräusche waren sehr spannend, vor allem für unsere kleine Tochter (-:

Our stay was truly magical. Magnús’s home is beautiful inside and out, and it's location in the Icelandic countryside is nothing short of stunning. We had to content with bad weather during our stay, and Magnús was extremely flexible in making sure we made it safely to the cabin, evening going so far as to allow us to delay our stay by a few days. A perfect getaway for my family. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our family of six adults really enjoyed spending Christmas and New Year's at Bjork's place. It was warm and cozy, with underfloor heating keeping the slate tiles toasty, a big couch in the living room, and lots of windows to enjoy the views. The hot tub was amazing and we had stunning northern lights one night. The house is in a gated community a couple km off the road, and this road can be slippery, so a 4x4 car or jeep might be a good idea in winter. These same quiet roads were great for walks - not much traffic and wonderful views in any direction you choose to walk. The trash/recycling center handled all sorts of materials - even organics! Bjork was really helpful, going above and beyond to check out holiday hours for grocery stores and help us locate jumper cables. The house is a 15 minute drive to Selfoss (shoutout to Kronan) and 8 minutes to Kerid Crater. Hveragerdi is 20 minutes, with a wonderful bakery, a geopark where for a small fee you can boil an egg in a hot spring.

Great house with loads of windows and beautiful views everywhere you look. The house was super cute, too. The pictures don't do it justice. The host was responsive and went out of their way to be friendly.

Clean and comfortable home was just right for some recuperation on a rainy day with plenty of space for my family of four. The location was great to access the golden circle and south coast destinations once the weather cleared up. Communication was great and both check in and check out was a breeze. The deck feels very private. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and appliances. Location is very close to grocery stores for self-catering and there are restaurants nearby if you would rather not cook.

Amazing place to stay. Hjörtur was always so ready to help. It is very easy to let yourself get dragged for such a pretty environment. Very centric, can access the rest of the island by car or bus from here, good place to take base. Very clean! Very cozy. And the geyser water from the pipes, makes wonders for your skin. I am looking forward to come back ASAP.

This place is great! Very cozy and close to the golden circle and Selfoss, which has great restaurants! We especially enjoyed the cozy vibe of the interior furniture and kitchen. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunge combo. Magnús was really responsive when we had questions, and even got on the phone to walk us through how to fill the hot tub and turn off the lights so we could better view the aurora!

Mareike’s home was in a great location and the hot tub is a definite bonus - thanks again!

Valdís place is just perfect - cozy, feels like home and with everything you need. Valdís was very helpful and nice. From the flat its a short walk to a nice hiking area and its also a short ride into the city (bus or car). We loved to stay here and when we visit iceland again we will check if this place is possible to rent 🙂

Wonderful stay in a lovely home from home. Perfectly clean, excellent location, great for those with children. Beautiful view, even spotted the northern lights from the balcony one night! Cannot recommend it enough as a base to stay when exploring Iceland. Would recommend and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, extremely well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was amazing, with more tools and utensils than we could ever use. It is about a 10 minute walk to the New Old Selfoss area, where most of the shopping that we used is located. Sindri was responsive to our requests and accommodating to our needs.

To be honest and short - if you want to stay in Reykjavik and feel yourself like at home - Idas flat is the best option. Our trip couldn't be better without her attention and help during the whole stay. Highly recommend. We wish to come back and choose the same appartment.

Super bright, clean and cozy flat. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a balcony which gets a lot of sun. It's a bit far from the downtown area but there is a bus stop and a shopping center nearby. Olafur was a very welcoming host and communication with him was great.

This modern house has a generous amount of space. You can find everything you need. Great location and nice host. Highly recommend.😃
