A gorgeous view in this modern upscale cabin. Odd was extremely attentive and helpful.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with a great view thats quiet and peaceful. We stayed here for 4 days on a girls trip and it was everything we wanted-- being able to unplug and disconnect was fantastic. The hosts were super responsive and provided lots of easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and during out stay answered any questions we might have.

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings

Fjola's hut was fantastic in a quiet country setting, beautiful surroundings & close to attractions. Very clean, communicated quickly. So peaceful & relaxing. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us. Regards 😀😃🙂

Árni’s cottage was a wonderful place to stay as part of our recent Iceland vacation. The setting is stunningly beautiful and the cottage is perfect in every way - very cozy, peaceful and lovely to sit at the dining table, drink coffee and enjoy the view. Location is great, very easy check-in and check-out, and the host is a delight to communicate with and provided great recommendations (hvammsvik is wonderful!). Would love to return on a future Iceland visit! 5 stars!!

Heel gezellige woningen met veel privicy midden in de natuur. Prachtig uitzicht over de vallei met rivier. Leuk voor onze tieners, hun eigen huisje en basketbalveldje, jacuzzi, trampoline en buitendouche.

This cottage has a wonderful view of the lake. It was very comfortable for four adults and a toddler. We were at peace listening to nature and watching the lake. The host was very communicative and helpful. The location is very close to the Golden Circle's must-see locations. The closest town was an 8-minute drive and had great local restaurants. I highly recommend this stay.

Our stay was perfect. The cabin was great and exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances for a small kitchen. Eggert was quick to respond and check-in was easy and smooth. Great overall experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Ładna przytulna chatka w pięknej okolicy. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba, nawet mikser. schody wejściowe na poddasze dosyć strome. Ilość ciepłej wody jest ograniczona, ale nam wystarczyło na 5 osób. Ogólnie polecam, dobra cena!

Gudny's place was amazing and the photos didn't do it justice. My family of 5 were very comfortable. We loved the updated bathroom and use of the hot tub.

We loved our stay, especially the hot tub! We were very close to Seljalandsfoss, Skogafoss, and other great hikes. Host was very communicative and left detailed instructions. Thank you so much!

Maria's cabin is out of the way on a small lake. The scenery is beautiful. The cabin had all the necessities and comfortable beds. One bedroom was on the small side, but the main bedroom was large. The only issue was a difference in how America and Icelandic people make their number 1's. I thought the Wi-Fi code had a 7 in it but it was a 1. After I figured that out, the Wi-Fi worked great. :-)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ragnars Haus!! Es war alles wie beschrieben und besonders die Ruhe und der Blick war einmalig… auch unsere zwei Mädels (8 und 9 Jahre) fanden es super und hatten nie Langweile ☺️ auch die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert

This cottage is precious! It’s just 5 minutes outside of town so conveniently located, and the grocery store is also 5 minutes away. The directions provided made it very easy to find. Our favorite experience was sitting on the back deck on the couches with wine watching the sunset around 10-11 pm! Also, hearing the birds chirping was a delight. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to explore the South coast, Golden circle, or ferry to Westman Islands. Would definitely stay again!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Reykjavik et la péninsule. Très belle vue, proche du phare qui offre des couchers de soleil splendide. Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre à l'aéroport.

My family and I were looking for a place to stay that was close to the ferry to the Westman Islands. Being that this home was not in the capital of Reykjavik we were not sure how up-to-date the amenities would be, but the home exceeded all our expectations! It is so quirky but so welcoming from the minute you walk in. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and robes, you can't ask for more! We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so were able to take advantage of comfortable outdoor seating with spectacular views. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful setting and very comfortable accommodation. We also enjoyed the porch during breakfasts and dinners. The house was perfect for 2 people.

Our stay was short but so memorable—we immediately felt at home. The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and Snæfellsnes on a clear day. The birdlife was incredible, with ducks, Arctic terns, and eiders all around. We loved the peaceful setting and the cozy campfire right by the house. Though the home is older, it’s been thoughtfully renovated and felt fresh and bright. The loft was a fun touch (just be mindful of the steep stairs), and being just 10 minutes from the airport made it super convenient. A perfect spot for nature lovers!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super gemütlich und schlau eingerichtet. Oben gibt es zwei Betten und die Couch kann man auch noch aufklappen. Wir haben beiden oben auf den Betten geschlafen und hatten abends eine wunderbare Aussicht. Das einzige was ich anmerken möchte, ist dass die Betten recht klein sind. Ich bin 1,70 und passte ganz gut rein, drüber wird es irgendwann knapp. Wir würden aufjeden Fall wieder kommen!

Hildur's cottage was so lovely! I stayed one night at the cottage and wished I stayed longer. From the moment I entered the cottage, I was in awe at how cute and cozy it was. The cottage is perfectly decorated and has all the amenities that you will need. Highly recommend booking this cottage, you won't regret it.

Island war magisch schön. Und die Unterkunft von Guðfinna war das Beste was uns passieren konnte, um den Westen des Landes zu erkunden. Es war ruhig und sehr sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und das kleine Häuschen war die perfekte Base wenn wir am Abend von unseren Ausflügen zurück gekommen sind. Ganz besonders charmant waren die Schafe und Pferde die wir ganz nah beobachten konnten. Ein Höhepunkt war Guðfinna persönlich kennenzulernen und ihre drei Hunde. Sie hat uns während des Aufenthaltes sehr gute Tipps gegeben, insbesondere als es Wetterwarnungen gab. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, sollte das kleine Häuschen im Fjörd frei sein.

Perfect little Cabin with the perfect location and an incredible Host! He let us stay one more night because of the bad weather and the winds so traveling was a bit dangerous. He didn’t charge us extra and wished us a safe trip, on top of the kind gesture it was my birthday as well so he unintentionally gave me a birthday present. We could not recommend this cabin enough!!

Such a nice place. So quiet and nice. We loved it. It has everything you need. Steinunn is super nice and always answered every question right away. Would love to stay again.
