Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

The highlight: You will be staying directly across from the city park. From here you can reach the Teufelsmauer, the baroque castle gardens or the Regenstein Castle in a few minutes. Whether for hiking in the Harz, for mountain bike tours or a trip to Wernigerode and Quedlinburg – here is your ideal retreat.

Time out on the Bodeufer (nature/sports/climbing)

Located directly on the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and a nature reserve, directly surrounded by river, rocks and a historic hydroelectric power station, you will find a unique accommodation on an extensive area. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. For more active days, a private universal sports field and a summer tent from April to October are available, or you can take advantage of other accommodation offers. In Hüttenrode itself you can buy your daily necessities in a small store. The mini store is a 5-minute walk away. Public transport is also available if you want to leave your car behind. The vacation home offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 2-storey accommodation consists of a living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It therefore offers space for up to 6 people.

Experience nature, enjoy time out, hiking & more Idyllically located in the middle of the Harz Mountains, the old forest house Eggeröder Brunnen is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and excursions in the surrounding area as well as for slowing down. The old forester's house offers you about 5000 m² of garden with spring pond, fireplace and barbecue area, plenty of open space and parking on the premises in a quiet forest location.

Nostalgia meets modernity. A hundred-year-old, detached house renovated and furnished with attention to detail. With sauna, fireplace, library, garden, sun balcony and technically up to date, nothing is missing for a perfect vacation, whether as a family or in romantic togetherness. The beautiful wooden floors, the large windows, the kitchen-living room and the distinctive bedrooms in different styles of the 20th century, make the stay an experience.

This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
