Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). Villa Kunterbunt is a very charming house with enchanting views of Lake Zurich. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living and dining room. The garden has stunning views of Lake Zurich. In the garden there is a vegetable garden and a chicken coop (without a rooster!). Minimum stay: 2 nights
