Alle Geschäfte sowie die Straßenbahn sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 18 bist du in 20 min mitten in Köln. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Haus für alle gegen Gebühr nutzbar. Ein Parkplatz kann, wenn verfügbar, dazugemietet werden.

Quiet garden with seating. 6 minutes to the train station. 20 minutes to the city center. The kitchen is only suitable for minor cooking activities, as there is no window and no exhaust hood.
