This first floor apartment in a private house and has everything needed for a stay in Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my other guests.

It's a cozy place in which to stay for a work trip or a getaway. The space is accessible via a private entrance. The kitchen is equipped for most cooking needs and the TV has a Roku and an Xbox 360. It is located 4 miles from LIU CW post campus for those parents visiting their children. We are located 35-40 minutes from Manhattan. No public transportation near by.
