It really is as described - a beautiful country retreat. We really enjoyed sitting in the armchairs with the doors open upstairs looking out at the garden and the view beyond. Very peaceful and away from it all! We were out and about a lot during the week but enjoyed the time we spent in the Lodge. Vanessa was a very friendly host who responded quickly and often provided answers before we asked. Great to have an elector car charger available for our sole use too.

Thank you so much to Liz for such a wonderful stay! Liz was an exceptional host, and the accommodation was fantastic, perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk coast. It also offered a much-needed sanctuary in the evenings, with the beautiful courtyard providing the perfect place to unwind. I would highly recommend Hammond Courtyard!

We (3 adults, 2 kids) had a very pleasant stay. The contemporary property was clean, bright and airy and very welcoming. We would definitely consider staying again.

We had the most lovely family holiday here. With a 3 and 1 year old this property had everything we needed to make us feel all feel right at home. A cot, high chair, bib, black out binds, you name it. The river and decking at the bottom of the garden was just so peaceful, our go to spot. We watched nesting swans and ducks, we all loved it. Thank you Hannah for having us. You have a beautiful Airbnb!!

We have had a great mini break at Amy’s pretty flat. Lovely breakfast views down towards the coast across the lawn and salt marshes. Fun to see the muntjac deer on the lawn. Super location as only 15mns walk to the beach and 5mns to the Ship Inn where we had a superb meal. The flat is well equipped with a very comfy bed and a practical kitchen. It has a pleasant feel. Plenty to do in the area. We will be back !

Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

The apartment was very close to the Tuesday market square so very convenient for all the historic parts of town as well as the high street shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was

One of the standout aspects of our stay was how perfectly situated Oaklands No1 is for exploring the surrounding area. Its location made it incredibly convenient to discover the charm and beauty of Reepham and beyond, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. With no notable criticisms to mention, our experience was nothing short of excellent. All of Sheringhams amenities are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was spotless and the well equipped kitchen had everything you could need. The off street parking was a bonus and we look forward to a return visit and would recommend to others. thanks

We've just had a 3 night stay at no 25 Studio and enjoyed our visit. Perfectly placed to explore Sheringham and the surrounding areas. The studio was just as in the photos, there was also a vase of fresh tulips which was a lovely touch. I loved the prints on the wall in the bedroom and kitchen and there were some interesting items displayed on the shelves. a tantalising glimpse of sea from one of the windows too.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Ivor & Karen were great hosts, easy to communicate with before and after our stay. The apartment is as described and the photos are up to date. There is plenty of space for 2 people, the bed and sofa/chair were comfortable, shower was good and it was very clean and well-stocked throughout, including some thoughtful provisions for breakfast. The location was surprisingly private as it is situated so close to Asda, Wetherspoons, Subway,MacDonalds and a main road with good transport links. It is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful corner with the added benefit of a beautiful garden. There was parking on the driveway for one car but plenty of amenities within walking distance too. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary, check-in was excellent as Matt had messaged us the day before to say we could check-in early the day of our arrival, which was excellent. Parking was easy (neighbourly agreed bay). The apartment was wonderful and very comfortable and quiet at night. We loved the small balcony over looking the sea and it was an excellent place to just chillout after a busy day exploring the area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for those wanting to prepare meals. The ship Inn pub is just a 30 second walk away for excellent food and a outside terrace overlooking the sea. Mundesley has a great butcher, bakers, fruit & veg shop, Coffee house, Café and small arcade & crazy golf. A small Tesco extra is about a 20-minute walk away for all your other essentials. The location of the apartment to the beach was brilliant and we spent a few nice days enjoying the coastal walk and front. Felbrigg Hall & Cromer are only a short drive away.

This was just perfect for us for a short break. The location is superb. It has a great view out to sea and is only a few minutes walk into Sheringham town. The information provided prior to arrival was detailed and accurate. The opportunity to park in the underground garage is another positive, protecting the car from seagull attacks! The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. We hope to return as soon as we are able

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. The apartment is small but well equipped and in a great location within easy walking distance of the city centre and cathedral. Jemma was very helpful.

Marisol was very helpful and quick to respond. We felt a little cold after a long journey and Marisol put the heating up for us. The apartment was lovely well aquiped kitchen and just as described on Airbnb. Was spotlessly clean. Is on a main road but this wasn't a problem. Couldn't hear the traffic at all. Would stay again.

Matt was a great and generous host. The stay was beautiful - such a cosy place, we loved the decor. Perfect location to explore Cromer, 5 mins to the beach and all shops/eateries close by. Made our first visit to Cromer a very memorable one 🤩 🥳

We really enjoyed our Norwich stay - this apartment is in the perfect location for a Norwich city centre break with the added benefit of on site parking. The apartment itself is light and airy and very comfortable. Despite the city centre location it is quiet and feels 100% safe.
