A lovely and cozy apartment in a fantastic location. Everything was spotless and exactly as described — highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zu erwähnen ist nur, dass sich im Haus eine Disco befindet, welche mit den bereitgestellten Ohr Stöpsel aber nicht zu hören ist! Ansonsten ist es sehr sauber, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee steht bereit und das Bett ist straff und nicht durch gelegen. Wir würden wieder buchen :)

Third time here and just like the other times it was perfect. Very peaceful street. Lots of food shops nearby and also very close to the M3 Metro line so you can get anywhere in Budapest in good time. Comfortable bed. Nice decor. I hope to be back

This is the most amazing air bnb we've ever been to. It's so beautiful, clean, styled really as a home with everything we needed. The place was very clean. The AC and the fan worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine with an amazing coffee to sip on the beautiful balcony. There's a bakery near by called Lipoti Pekseg, that bakery was sooo amazing, the produce is fresh and delicious, we came back there every morning for pastries, sandwich and a carrot cake! The surroundings of the apartment is quiet and a few sites are within a walk distance but everything else you'll need to either use public transportation, bolt or drive. Which was perfect for us because we wanted to stay in a quiet area so it totally matched our expectations. Judit was very warm and the connection was great, she met us at the apartment upon the arrival and explained everything is person and gave us a very homey and warm feeling. The shower worked great, there was always hot water.

I had a short, but lovely time at David’s apartment. The place was very tidy and the location is amazing, you can easily get anywhere by using public transport, which is near the flat. David was an amazing host, he even shared some suggestions for my short visit in Budapest, so I can truly get a taste of this beautiful city. I can only recommend his place! :)

Кристина была очень дружелюбна и приветлива с самого момента заказа и до конца проживания. когда мы приехали, мы не смогли открыть дверь - ключ не работал. другого Ключа у Кристины не было. кристина сняла нам номер в гостиннице за свой счет и первую ночь мы ночевали в гостиннице. утром на рецепшн наш ждал новый ключ и мы без проблем заселились в квартиру. в квартире все работалоэ но батареи грели не очень хорошоэ нам было немного холодно. кроме этого все отлично.

The place was really well situated , very close to the city centre. Only problem if you have a lot of luggage be ready to climb two floors . But overall the apartment was really clean and the host was very cooperative

Visszajáró vendégek vagyunk, mindig van fejlesztés. A mosogatógépnek nagyon örültünk. Reméljük, hogy következő alkalommal tudnak a gyerekek fürdeni a medencében, mert most nem engedte az időjárás. Nagycsaláddal szuper itt lenni.

I had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the spa and local restaurants , making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for questions or recommendations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I can recommend this nice house for your rest e with a family or with friends. It has beautiful garden and barbecue zone, private entrance, place for parking. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was pretty friendly and took care about everything.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Wir waren mit 9 Personen im Rahmen eines Junggesellenabschieds bei Szilvia zu Gast. Mit 9 Personen hatten wir jeder ein eigenes Bett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und individuell eingerichtet. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, war auch, dass es eine gute Ausstattung gab (z.B. auch eine Musikbox). Wir haben auch sehr gerne Zeit im Partyraum (mit Billard und Darts) und im Garten bzw. auf der Terrasse oben verbracht. Mit dem Bus kommt man gut in die Stadt (ca 15-20min zu den meisten Orten). Ich möchte besonders betonen, dass der Kontakt sehr nett war und Szilvia uns bei allen Fragen und Wünschen äußerst schnell geholfen hat. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Trip nach Budapest! :)

Minden rendben ment, nagyon kényelmes, tiszta szálláshely, minden szükséges dolog elérhető. Edina minden kérdésre válaszolt, kiváló szállásadó.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Genau das richtige für einen perfekten Urlaub am Balaton. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und der Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Die Private Unterkunft ist schön modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Riesiger Garten, W LAN , voll ausgestattet Küche mit Ofen,Herd Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit großen Gefrierfach, beheizte Handtuchhalterung im Bad, Regendusche Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen und natürlich der absolute Highlight der Whirlpool im überdachten Wintergarten! Absolut traumhaft und genau das richtige zum Erholen! Wer es gerne privat haben möchte abseits des Touristen Trubels kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten! Absolute Empfehlung!

Great place! My mom and I were in Miskolc for three nights and stayed at Judit and Bence’s place and we really enjoyed it. Amazing view, comfy bed, awesome location. Bence met us exactly on time and kindly showed us up to the apartment. He also arrived perfectly on time the morning we had to leave to collect the keys. Overall it was very stress-free which is what we needed after some difficult days of travel. Only thing I would note is that there are limited facilities in the kitchen. There were no oven racks (which was unfortunate when we decided to buy two frozen pizzas the first night) and also no frying pans - only pots. Not a huge deal but something worth noting if you’re planning on doing much cooking! Thank you Judit and Bence :)

Nagyon szuper szálláshely. Gyönyörű a berendezése, magas minőségű minden és szép tiszta. Minden felsorolt berendezés rendelkezésre állt! :) Rengeteg tárolási lehetőség van Fanninál, ami kimondottan jól jöhet családoknak, vagy hosszabb ideig ott tartózkodó vendégeknek. Szívesen visszamennék, mert nagyon jól éreztem magam! 😊 Különböző buszok is max 2-3 perc sétára voltak, de a Batthyány téri 2-es metro is egy kellemes sétára van a lakástól. A Deák Ferenc térre is 10-15 perc alatt megérkeztem a legközelebbi busszal. Közel a Clark Ádám tér is :)

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Budapest! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfectly located within walking distance to major attractions, public transportation, and great local restaurants and cafes. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering helpful tips about the city and making check-in seamless. I especially enjoyed the view from the balcony and how quiet the building was at night perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Budapest. Highly recommend!

The apartment was stylish, comfy and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was ideal – quiet, yet close to the city. Krisztián was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in super easy. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

Good value stay! Parking is a bit tough as most streets can be parked on by residents only.

I had a wonderful time at this apartment, the neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful, and lush. The park nearby has a great atmosphere and there are a ton of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well. Main attractions such as the Castle District are just a tram ride away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a month of working, which included cooking some meals at home, and doing laundry. The air conditioner worked great once the summer heat kicked in! Dr. James welcomed me during check-in and was very friendly, and responded quickly to any issues or questions I had, even coming after work to help troubleshoot the router (it was fixed very quickly, thank you again!) I highly recommend James' place for a quiet retreat away from the city, where you can discover the nice vibe of Buda.
