Have your morning coffee looking over the buzzing life of the famous Corvin Promenade, in one of the newest, nicest buildings of central Budapest! This is a one bedroom + one living room 50 m2 flat with balcony overlooking the restaurants of the promenade. The building features a unique internal garden and has the best gym and spa within the city center (wellness facility costs a small fee). Parking spaces are available in the building's garage for a small fee (please contact for availability).

It is a frequented environment, next to the Keleti Railway Station, metro-, bus-, trolley-, tram stations 2-5 minutes. The party district and the City Park are very close on foot. There are also common areas in the building, such as a gym and laundry. Equipped with air-condition.
