We had an amazing 5 night stay in Budapest, the room was amazing and the view was breathtaking! Daniel was super helpful and responsive, leaving clear instructions on accessing the property and an abundance of recommendations and also he let us check out a bit later as our flight was in the evening which was super kind. We would definitely come back :)

Absolutely loved our stay in Gabors apartment. It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Gabor was an excellent host and friendly. If we come back to Budapest we would like to stay here again and will recommend highly to friends and family. It is perfectly situated for sightseeing. Lots to do in walking distance and the bus stop for the airport very close by.

Draw back the floor-to-ceiling drapes to take in the direct views of the world-famous Dohany Street Grand Synagogue across the street from the main bedroom and its balcony. Have a romantic dinner on a further balcony facing the inner garden. Accommodate up to eight people comfortably in this majestic city center home. The apartment just went through a complete renovation and was furnished to high standards to create a beautiful, inviting and comfortable space. The huge apartment has three separate bedrooms, a separate living room and a separate dining area and a fully featured kitchen. It also has two full bathrooms. You will also find two balconies one with a direct view to the Grand Synagogue the other looking directly to a tranquil inner garden. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and has direct views to the World famous Dohany Street Grand Synagogue. This room also has a french balcony so you can fully take in this spectacular view. The second bedroom has also view to the Grand Synagogue and uniquely this has two separate, comfortable double bed. The third bedroom is looking to the garden and it is coming with a fold able couch that makes a double bed when unfolded. All bedrooms has of course plenty of space for your belongings. In the center of the apartment you find the living room and entertainment area with a grand and comfortable sofa and two armchairs. This place is perfect for a get together or to have a movie night as this area is also equipped with a flat screen TV. The dining and kitchen area faces the tranquil inner garden and also has a full balcony that can be a perfect venue for a little relaxing or even for a special dinner for two. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need to create even the most sumptuous dinner or lunch for up to eight people. The apartment has two completely separate full bathroom. One with a bath tub while the other with a shower. We provide an extensive guide both to the apartment and the neighborhood with a map of the best places (there are a lot) to visit personally selected and introduced by me, with plenty of photos! We also welcome each and every guest personally and answer all their question they might have. We are available all day long and answer very quickly to each questions. For emergencies we also have 24/7 phone support line. I'm happy to answer all questions before and throughout the stay. Head out on Karoly Avenue, which starts at the building, and in almost any direction, to come to the best-known city-center sights in minutes. Catch the trolley car that stops on the doorstep to reach the City Park, Zoo, and Szechenyi Thermal Bath. If you want to venture further than the regular attractions then the area has excellent public transportation connections. Deak Ferenc Square that is about a 3 minutes walk is a major subway hub with stops to all three metro lines and several bus and tram lines. Stop to Metro line 2 on Astoria is within a 2 minutes walk. Astoria has also stops to several bus and tram lines taking you all directions in Budapest. Stop to the 24/7 tram line 4 and 6 that is going across central Budapest is within a 6 minutes walk. Karoly korut (Charles Avenue) also has stops to several trams and buses.

Really nice apartment, well situated with an excellent restaurant at the end of the road. Decent shower pressure and bathroom, kitchen was fairly well equipped. Bit strange dealing with the airbnb management company/ separate keyholder, and then the homeowners at various times for different things. Disliked that we booked somewhere that has aircon listed as an amenity and then it was a separate charge 6E per day per room to use it - in the end we didn't need it as it wasn't too warm when we were there, but that really grated. Area is very nice, very quiet (and dark, if you like stargazing like us!), and a short walk from the train station. Anna restaurant at the end of the road is excellent. We didn't get a chance to use the swing or pool as the weather was against us but looked lovely, and the garden area is very nice.

A private balcony is furnished with a glass-top table and four chairs. Lush decorative plants are positioned alongside the railing, enhancing the outdoor seating area. Sunlight casts gentle shadows, highlighting the spacious layout and view of the surrounding area.

Igényes lakás, szép környezetben, hangulatos terasszal. Minden zökkenőmentesen zajlott. Nem volt egyértelmű, hogy a házigazda a földszinten lakik, azonban ez nem okozott problémát. Kis szabadstrand séta-távra elérhető.

Ogólnie Ok wszystko, hotel lata świetności ma za sobą. Schludne, skromne i małe mieszkanie. Bardzo miły gospodarz, sympatyczny uśmiechnięty, Pani również. Mały minus bo ciężej dogadać się po angielsku, ale uśmiech nadrabiał wszystko ;) udało się zakwaterować bez problemu. W czasie w którym byliśmy akurat sauna i jacuzzi było nieczynne. Blisko do jeziora, co jest dużym plusem. Cena to już co kto akceptuje - dla nas Ok.

Wszystko było jak najbardziej w porządku. Udogodnienia takie jak w opisie, do plaż płatnych 1,5 i 2,5km do bezpłatnej około 1,7km ale polecamy głównie Bezeredj Strand. Do Lidla około 10 min autem, pobliskie sklepy w zasięgu 10-15 min spaceru. Basen to ogromna zaleta tego domu, okolica jest spokojna więc warto spędzić tutaj wakacje :)

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze woning. We zijn 10 dagen gebleven en het voldeed volledig aan de omschrijving. Een heerlijk rustige buurt maar het Bataltonmeer is makkelijk te bereiken. We hebben genoten van alle extra's zoals wasmachine, BBQ in de tuin, hemelbed in de tuin en een heerlijk eigen terras voor het ontbijt ! De keuken was volledig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er ontbrak niets. De supermarkt op loopafstand en de grotere winkels op 7 km met de auto, geen probleem. Aan te bevelen voor meerdere dagen.

The place is as beautiful as in the pictures. Great for groups from 10 or more, as there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything very spacious. Complete kitchen, dishwasher, etc. some things are rather old, not 100% but it is part of the experience. We paid extra for heating, the tourist tax and a deposit (that we got back, as we are well behaved :D ). In autumn, winter the pool is dry. 3km from the lake. A car is needed to enjoy.

Miejsce bardzo spokojne z osibnym wejsciem dla nas- gości. Do dyspozycji byla czesc ogrodu wraz z grillem. Bardzo waznym i ulatwiajacym funkcjonowanie w upalne dni byla klimatyzacja. Jedyny minus to brak pralki. Włascicielka bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Miejsce spokojne i niedaleko od plaży.

Volle Punktzahl in fast allen Bereichen, außer bei Kommunikation. Die war nämlich überhaupt nicht nötig. Wir sind begeistert von diesem wirklich sehr sauberen und vollausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit direktem Zugang zum See. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern und Haustieren. Absolute Empfehlung 👍

Der Urlaub war sehr schön in dem Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Gleich zum Frühstück die tolle Aussicht genießen, war herrlich. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🥰 Da wir schon einige Häuser am Balaton besucht haben, sind uns besonders die bequemen Stühle (draußen), sowie die Vielzahl des Geschirrs + Geschirrspüler, positiv aufgefallen 🥰 Vielen Dank für die Vermietung des Hauses.
