Ms Oanh was very communicative and was prompt. She also provided a housekeeper who was always available for us. The location is perfect to rewind and have some peace. The people around us was so nice and the housekeeper was always available to get us the stuff that we needed during our stay. This place is absolutely valued for price. Had a great stay at Moon's. Although we arrived at 6am in the morning, Moon organized a transfer from the airport, which was even waiting for us for a very long time, as we still had problems with the visa at first. Moon was available at all times, responded quickly and very helpful. She had good tips for us on what to see in the area. There is also the possibility to rent bicycles or scooters from her or order food. It was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I had a very relaxing stay at Runa’s place. Her place is airy with high ceiling, the beddings are clean, and the white fluffy towels ( with no stain which we only find at the true 5 star hotel like the intercontinental in Saigon.) Everyday, we went downstairs for egg coffee and refreshing drink. We feel safe staying there. We definitely will be back. And I hope she will not raise her room rate higher due to the popularity of her place :)

Completely in love with the place!! The place in personal looks just exactly like the pictures, newly renovated with modern, chic design and comfortable furniture, and having lots of plants around the house is a huge plus. The host was super friendly and responsive, always being helpful whenever it makes senses and despite the place being far away from the city centre, he sometimes offers to drive me to the centre which is something i’m extremely greatful for. Would love to recommend and will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting Hanoi.
