Note: Until April/May, construction work is ongoing in the street during the day on weekdays. There is no through traffic and the place is perceived as quiet with exciting views of a historic neighborhood that is being completely refurbished to its former glory. A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).
