Charming room in Berlin-Charlottenb

I love the high ceilings in the appartment and the afternoon sun bathing the room with a soft light. Sitting in the nearby park with the lake Lietzensee reading a good book or making a picknick is my favourite way to spend my free time in the neighbourhood. The Friedbergstrasse is so quite and you are close to public transport which takes you to whichever corner of Berlin and Potsdam you fancy.

Private room, approx. 20 square meters, in the basement of a detached house with its own entrance and bathroom. Two single beds, kitchenette with fridge but without water connection (dishes must be washed in the bathroom). Right next to the forest, only 5 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn (10 minutes' drive to the city west, 30 minutes to the city east). 12-minute walk to the fair.
