Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Access to a large pool, orangery, gas grill and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
